Overview:
Appearance: Tahni's hair is often unkempt, as she's not keen to wear the braids and beads like the rest of her kin. Everything else - her clothes and skin - remain clean. Her hands are soft having never worked in a mine in her life. She bear scars on her back, arms and legs: a constant reminder of her time as a necromancer's captive. Her eyes are the colour of emeralds, and her skin quite fair from spending much time underground. She appears quite young for her age but has ventured the Wold since she was old enough to leave home.

Life after retirement: Tahni and her beloved husband Bruagh have settled down in the Scab and have created a home for themselves far outside of a nearby town to enjoy some privacy. The pair are happily married and have two young children to keep them busy. Tahni has put her adventuring life behind her to spend as much time with her family as she can. She has become a benefactor for the nearby town and donates time and resources to them (though doesn't accept any position of authority). Tahni still wants to help the Wold but is now choosing to do so at a much smaller scale.

Overview: Dual-dagger wielding paladin of the god of Death who jokes around. A lot.
Appearance: Kezzem is a red-haired halfling with brown eyes and a lithe build. He dresses in a vest (worn over his armor when worn) and simple trousers. A pair of daggers are sheathed on his belt (with several others hidden his vest pockets and elsewhere, and he carries a haversack on his back along with a shortbow and quiver.
Personality: He used to be a rogue like you, then he took giant's greatclub to the face. After facing death, he came back changed. He was always protective of his found family and home in Humble's Ford (in that order), and now he gladly prioritizes their well-being. After all, he's already died once and it was fine. One thing that hasn't changed though is that Kezzem will always try to find the humor in any situation, especially when times are at their darkest, though sometimes he doesn't know when to keep his mouth shut. He's also easily distracted, especially when people start talking about things he doesn't understand (like magic). Although quick witted and above average in intelligence (even more so thanks to his enchanted headband), he's a little sensitive about his intellect in comparison to his more brainy friends. Maybe if he could pay attention long enough to finish a ....
Life after retirement: Kezzem lives in Humble's Ford. When he's not visiting his former adventuring party, he's volunteering at the local orphanage and trying to guide wayward youths.
Nikolai Komonov
Race: Half Elf
Class: Monk / Ranger
Overview: Quiet Battle Tactician from a long line of Mailed Fist officers
Appearance: The 5' 8" half elf's musculature is small for a soldier of the Mailed Fist but perfect for a monk with iron muscles. Golden hair match golden eyes. He wears the magical Monk Robe, and over that an intricate multicolored vest representing the stages in the development of the ultimate monk. The badge of the Knight Commander of the Mailed Fist shows prominently on the left side of the vest.
Personality: Very quiet and shy, promotion to Thumb of the Agents of the Mailed Fist put him in a position of leadership that he took personal. His father, a commander in the cavalry, had instilled in him the importance of taking care of one's command and took that task to heart, growing and maturing.
Life after retirement: Marrying Prudence Gundle, also a Knight Commander, retiring from the Mailed Fist to spend time with that beauty was the best thing for him to do. However, as they both still feel some responsibility to the Mailed Fist they've set up office at the Citadel.
Prudence 'Pru' Komonov
Race: Human, marked by elemental sorcery
Class: Sorcerer (elemental-fire)
Overview: Powerful sorcerer with numerous direct-damage spells at her disposal
Appearance: It almost hurts to look at Pru. She wears a robe of pure white. Her short red hair waves with invisible heat--or is that living flame on her head? Her eyes have a fiery glow.
Personality: Despite her formidable appearance, Pru is gentle, kind, and down-to-earth. She is not, however, even-tempered. Fire flows through her veins, and she definitely has a temper. When angry, she tends to toss Fireballs and Scorching Rays. She never aims them at people, but oh, the property damage.
Life after retirement: Pru lives at the Citadel with her husband Nikolai--and someday (hopefully), their children. She is all but retired from the Mailed Fist, although she will consult with them if needed. She spends her time setting up Old Soldiers' Homes in various locations throughout the Wold.

Beriothian 'Beri' Galanodel
Race: Human Male
Class: Druid
Overview: A former rogue who was fearless and cunning in the face of death until one day he lost everything dear to him. Unable to go on with his carefree lifestyle after these events, Beri left his old ways and walked the path of the druid, seeking to promote balance and protect the lives that others wouldn't to take.
Appearance: At a muscular 6'0” Beriothian stands as intimidating figure, at least that would be the case if it wasn’t for the battle worn druid vestments draped about him that had the effect of making him look more likely to ask for you spare change than to challenge you to a fight. His dark auburn hair falls just past his shoulders, and while a careful observer may notice a stray leaf or twig is often left embedded in his locks, the hair itself is surprisingly well kept. At the center of his forehead there is a small dimple, the point at which the Rolling Eye of Gargul first touched. It twinges painfully whenever in the presence of the God of Life and Death, but not if he is absent (which thankfully isn't often during the druid's retirement). It was the response he received when asked how he would be able to tell the difference between the real Gargul and the imposter god that at the time was deceiving even the most learned and devout followers... it is also a reminder of why he worships Queen Maab and not Gargul. Beneath the green and brown of his vestments you can make out the athletic build of one who spends many hours outdoors, or occasionally the blue outline of his dragon hide armor beneath his robes.
Personality: A former care free daredevil, the druid is much more solemn and cautious these days. The pain of all he had lost is no longer as strong, but emotional toll from those events still linger. Still, with Katherine at his side and life flourishing in the gardens of his druid grove it is obvious that the former spark is returning to his eyes. When a more peaceful afternoon is desired, he can often be found in the tavern playing backgammon and enjoying a glass of Hook City's fine ales.
Life after retirement: With the Wold safe and the task of protecting it passed on to the next generation of adventurers, Beriothian soon found much of his free time spent apprenticing under Master Torm, current high priest of Maab's Temple in Hook City. As his skills grew, Beri decided to put this lessons into practice and start nurturing his own druid grove. The druid now makes his home in what is considered the wilderness by the residents of the Hook City, in the grove of the late Heather Brody. He is now the care taker and protector of his own grove, which stands in the place of Heather's former Grove and protects her sanctuary that lies within it's center. After a prolonged peace had graced Hook City Beri was overjoyed to see that Katherine Brody eventually made her way back to her sister's grove after fleeing the city on the night of Heather's death. The two of them soon rekindled their relationship and eventually settled down together.
To this day Beriothian continues to serve Queen Maab under the guidance of Master Torm, with a particular devotion to protecting and nurturing the many animals and plants of the Wold she helped Eberyon create. The druid also takes advantage of his trips between his grove and Hook city to fulfill a promise the Iron Dragons made long ago. Before Hook City lost it's magic this was home to an impoverished shanty town known as Mudtown. While Hook City itself enjoyed perfect weather, Mudtown suffered as a side effects, leaving it a barren wasteland of mud that slowly would move any structure built on it farther away from the city. With Hook City having lost it's magic the barren land can now be tended to so that it can once again support life, a task the druid relishes his role in. During trips between his "Iron Grove" and Hook City the druid always sets aside a few hours to stop and aid in the restoration of the wasteland, sometimes planting grasses in the barren patches to aid in water drainage and provide a foundation for life to spread, sometimes planting fruit trees along the road to five mile to give travelers shade and comfort on their journey, and sometimes just adding to the beauty of the country side, treating the muddy wasteland as a blank canvas for his living masterpiece.
Bosk DeOx
Race: Minotaur Male
Class: Cleric / Avenger / Grim
Overview: An Agent of Vengeance for Jancassis and a Grim, Bosk serves where Gargul's influence overlaps Jancassis ie. helping the souls of those trapped in our plane by some grievous wrong or unfinished business cross over by clearing their name or getting there vengeance.
Appearance: Bosk, also known as The Grim Avenger and The Horned Cleric, is an intimidating figure and large even by minotaur standards. Standing 9 1/2 ft tall, the blond taur is exudes a commanding presence...or perhaps it is the two 10 ft bastard swords slung across his back, the third eye in the center of his forehead, and that he casts no shadow in the Wold. He is dressed in a black pea-coat sewn of chimera skin with wisps of dark fog seeping from underneath his cloak. Where his Steelgrass full plate armor doesn't cover you can see a mass of scorpions moving through his fur. Not crawling on top of it or under it, but within it, as a ghost passes through a wall or a tattoo through the skin. If that were not strange enough, a silver Holy Symbol like you have never seen before is emblazoned on his forehead (a combination of the Eye of Gargul and Jancassis symbol) and in the center of it is living third eye darting left and right. On his breast is the adamantium emblem with the IA Shield worn by the Iron Adventurer's before they became known as the Iron Dragons.
Personality: Bosk is very proud, even among minotaur standards. He follows a code of chivalry, but has little patients for evil. This inpatients is why he only gives people one chance to repent (this only applies to evil, he is extraordinarily lenient with children and his mother/taur culture have made him more protective women). He is the embodiment of Minotaur culture. Minotaurs venerate the concept of honor above all else. The strong, they believe, should naturally rule, because the strong can physically enforce the code of honor if need be. They are extremely cunning and have keen eyes. They attack without fear and retreat only if the opponent is obviously beyond their ability to defeat. The minotaur code of honor calls for the fair treatment of anyone whom, themselves, act honorably. (You do right by them, they do right by you.)
Life after retirement: He can now can be found either residing in The Iron Tower in Hook City where he heads up a sect of Grim Avengers under Gargul's direction or tending his family's vineyard and brewing the Blue Wine of Imod.
Garret Goodbarrel
Race: Halfling Male
Class: Monk
Overview:
Appearance: An average size halfling, Garret is noticed mostly by the fact he's unnoticeable. He does not stand out in appearance at all, and in a crowd disappears more than normal due to his small size. His voice is quiet, steady, and even. His black hair is nearly always up in a topknot, sticking up about 4 inches, with the sides of his head shaved. On the sides of his head, and leading across to his eyes, there are various dark but colorful tattoos. He travels light, so is seldom seen with much gear. He is usually seen with tan leather pants that end just above his ankles and no shirt, showing his furry body. Around his waist is a rope belt with a couple small pouches hanging off of them, one heavy with small rocks. He is seldom without his sling, either in his hand or on his belt. On his back is a small backpack, clearly far from full.

Katinka 'Tink' Hushfoot

Overview: A highly perceptive Justicar who remains unseen while casting a wide range of spells to benefit her allies and hinder her opponents.
Appearance: Tink typically wears a dark leather outfit with azure spaulders made from the scale of a blue wyvern. Her long ebony hair is often tied back in a pony tail so as to keep it clear of her eyes and ears. Her body is lithe and she works hard to keep it so. Tink rarely sets foot on the ground instead relying on an overland flight spell to hover and fly.
Personality: Tink does not share the jovial spirits and attitudes of her halfling brothers and sisters. She is intelligent, determined and serious, albeit with a dry sense of humor. Her patience and persistence have been valuable commodities to her profession however she has a habit of overthinking situations and has been known to hesitate where others might hastily act. Overview: A boy genius who grew up reading too many adventure books, he used his arcane talents to join up with some weirdos called the Iron Adventurers after his teacher kicked him out for loafing about too much. He met a girl, got famous, found god, and had a great time doing it.

Overview: Zane had troubles as a child, found in a wreck, unable to control his temper and not knowing his parents, he wound up in Hook City. One day he joined up with a ragtag bunch of adventurers. Turns out the Iron Adventurers was just what he needed to give him a main focus. His mix of Magic and Martial Arts is no longer unique in the Wold, but still it's not that common.
Appearance: Zane is Big, even for a Taur. Bosk tops him in height (by only a couple inches), but he is by far one of the strongest and widest Taurs in the Wold, if not the strongest and widest. (all muscle) His White hide has white hair and a pink muzzle. His Horns, hooves, fingernails as well as his main and tuft of hair on his tail are now Bronze, in at least color, but his Hooves do clank on stone when he walks. His back is covered with a living tattoo, an ocean scape, in which a Ship is being tossed around by huge waves. There is a Bronze dragon hovering above the ship. Unless his own Wings are out, then there is no Dragon in the tattoo. He wears black leather breeches, and a shortened brown robe with a hood that coveres his face except for the very end of his pink muzzle.
Personality: Zane is fairly easy going. (now) He is extremely protective of his friends, going so far to learn the skills to be a bodyguard. He does have a temper though, that of an actual Dragon, when irritated beyond reason.
Life after retirement: Zane has once again taken up the search for both of his parents. There are rumors of his Mother still being alive and since he's a half-dragon, his father must be somewhere. He and his Crew (part of a tribe of Kobolds that moved into the Iron Dragon's Castle) sail the skies on Starblazer, a semi-intelligent flying ship capable of travel in Space as well, follow up those rumors and any leads that are found. Zane and Crew have been known to transport people that need his help as well that can't wait for the weekly portal to the north.
