Renik Tuesday October 7th, 2003 2:29:12 AM
brushing the dust of many days travelling from his clothes, the rogue collapses into a huge leather armchair and let's out a long slow sigh of relief. "Aaaah, I'd almost forgotten what luxuary felt like! Now all I need is a bath, a glass of wine and a bar maid and I'll feel almost human again!"
Setanos (down 13) Tuesday October 7th, 2003 7:20:37 AM
"Aye, tis a hard road we've traveled, and we certainly look the part of weary adventurers, I'd say. Hopefully after this meeting we will have a bit O time to see to our gear, and our bodies." Setanos sits in the chair, mindful of the blood and dirt as best as possible.
Tratain Tuesday October 7th, 2003 1:01:11 PM
Tratain says "Well im happy to be back here in the Cathedral." as he takes a seat and waits for some form of explination after making sure that Marcus's body will be cared for.
OOC:Is all the stuff we were going to bring with us here, like the Catacombs stolen Items and everything else we have found?
Draax Tuesday October 7th, 2003 5:16:28 PM
Draax takes a sit and begins to relax, "A bath would be nice right now."
The half-elf waits with the others more anxious for the refreshments than the explanation.
Relaxation, and conference - Dm Ian Tuesday October 7th, 2003 7:33:13 PM
(OOC: Yes, you have all the loot, and stolen Catacombs gear).
As you all take a seat around the room, Kiriana says, "If you will consent to stay here, I can have suites made available to you. The government of this city appreciates your hard work, and is willing to show some goodwill. That would include food and bath, but not, I think barmaids", she says with a glance at Renik.
She then continues, a bit more seriously, saying "I saw signs of battle in the room I found you and my old friend in. May I ask what occured?"
Rond Tuesday October 7th, 2003 11:25:41 PM
Deferring to let Renik do all the talking, since he's the leader. Rond sits backs and smiles at Renik as he lets him do all the talking.
Feng (down 20) Wednesday October 8th, 2003 12:21:22 AM
Feng sits down in the chair and almost lets out a sigh of relief. It is only now that Feng realizes how much of a strain the recent troubles have been on him. Though right now he is mostly concerned with his bandages and not bleeding all over the nice chairs.
Arien Wednesday October 8th, 2003 2:45:52 AM
"Hmm perhaps the past should be explained since it plays such a large roll in the recent events." Arien nods to Draxx and then to Rond, the only other current party members who had raided the Sea Devil's temple. "You see it began close to where it ended, in Windhorn Hamlet. The Sea Devils had stolen the Sentinel Head and taken in to a temple of theirs. I'm cutting things a bit short here since the details are pointless anyway. So, I had newly joined the party when the Head was stolen and it fell to us to go and retrieve it. Again cutting things short we were succesful at a price and order was restored. We were then summoned to Plateau City where the Sea Devils, with the aid of some government official, tried to bring us to court over the desecration of their temple. As I recall nothing really ever came of that case, shortly after which we entered Marcus' service. We stayed there until recently when we decided to head back to Windhorn Hamlet to see how things were going back there. After seeing to a certain task whilst there we were again contacted by Marcus, but I'll leave the telling of that to another."
Despite glossing over many of the details the story brought back many memories for Arien and resting back in the chair he broods a bit before returning his attention to matters at hand.
Setanos (down 13) Wednesday October 8th, 2003 7:40:13 AM
Setanos listens intently to Arien, hearing the story of his adventuring group for the first time.
Renik Wednesday October 8th, 2003 12:12:09 PM
The rogue nods to Rond in thanks. "Aye, it seems the Sea Devils had been planning their revenge for some time. Using Marcus as human bait and with the aid of some particularly nasty hired help they lured us into a trap. It might well have worked too, we were lucky to emerge triumphant.
There are several ananswered questions though: I am still amazed at the ease with which this group infiltrated our network. It seems they knew a great deal about us." He hands over the papers they found in the crate.
"And these mysterious figures behind the whole affair, holed up in their secret lair. They cause me a great deal of concern. I think we will have to make their pursuit our next goal."
He looks a bit sad about the lack of barmaids.
The papers - Dm Ian Wednesday October 8th, 2003 7:59:13 PM
Kiriani takes a seat at the end of the table, and scans the papers carefully. After a few moments, she replies, "This is very interesting."
"For some time now our intelligence and military have been hearing bits of information about a mage school somewhere across the northern border in the Red Hills. It apparently is hidden, and caters to hopeful arcanists of the dark races. We know its somewhere along the road due to chasing certain mage-criminals, and having them disappear in the area."
"The second part is more interesting... After the disaster when Domi died, there was a Fixer of Alemi by the name of Lemmran who made it is duty to clean up the shards of the Soul Machine that got scattered. Unfortunately, he went mad sometime thereafter, and evaded our forces to the north. It would be very unfortunate if he was aligned with this school."

(Just to make sure everyone is on the same page, we are on 3.5 now.)
Setanos (down 13) d20+10=25 Thursday October 9th, 2003 12:35:27 PM
Setanos ponders the words spoken. "A dark school is never a good thing, thats to be sure. I've heard stories on Fixers, people were always happy to have them about, thats for sure."
OOC: Knowledge: Religion check on Fixer's abilites/ethos (25)
Tratain Thursday October 9th, 2003 1:59:26 PM
Tratain Says "Do you have any idea how big the mage school is? I think we have the directions to it on those papers, attacking a school full of dark mages will be difficult. If it is very large or they have many skilled mages there it will be very difficult. Any information or advice you could give would be very helpful while we are deciding what to do."
Draax Thursday October 9th, 2003 4:41:14 PM
Draax listens as the priestess and the others speak, "I agree with Tain about the difficulty of attack a mage school, but if there is any chance that that soul machine was recreated we will have to find some way of confirming or denying its existence."
Renik Thursday October 9th, 2003 4:56:55 PM
"This certainly sounds dangerous" ponders the rogue. "Like the sort of place where lots and lots of antimagic fields might come in rather handy!"
He takes a long sip of his wine, holds it up to the light and murmers appreciatevely. "Good year. Beautiful color, if just a fraction too cold."
He pulls the papers back and reads them through again. "Well, all we know for sure is that this Brother L, whether he be Lemmran or no, is holed up in some sort of captured library, whatever that may be. The fact that this Hidden Master was planning to rendezvous with Brother L in the Red Hills, and that this is where you have reports of this dark mage school certainly seems to be too close to call coincidence. It bears investigating, but my companions have a point. Unless we can get some sort of idea of numbers we could be walking into a death trap. If you have no additional intelligence, are you perhaps in a position to arrange some?"
Reposte - Dm Ian Thursday October 9th, 2003 7:07:57 PM
Kiriani thinks for a moment before replying.
"Most schools we have seen in the past have been limited in scope. Powerful dark mages become jealous with one another, squabble over projects, and the like. Besides, we would like to think we know where most of the reasonably capable evil mages of power in the nearby areas are, and I haven't heard of any in the southern Red Hills for some time. The giants in the northern sections of the hills have some talented students of the Art, but they are very solitary."
With this, there is a knock at the door, and a page enters, hands Kiriani a set of papers, and leaves.
Persuing them, she says, "It seems the local Catacombs representative is very interested in the idenitification of the persons who attacked two of their shipments. He is authorizing a twenty thousand gold piece bounty for the capture or killing of the persons responsible, and offering a two thousand gold finders fee for any goods that might have survived the attacks."
Shuffling to a second paper, she continues with, "I understand, and agree with your concerns about such a place, but as Draax states, knowing about a possible recreation of the machine would be fairly important. Would you be willing to undertake gathering reconnaisance on this place and its defenses? We would be willing to offer the help of one of our operatives here at the Cathedral to assist, and if after finding the place, confirming the forces within, and finding them too much to handle, we could arrange a military action against the place."
"Are there other pieces of reconaissance you would wish? Without either the location, or a person known to be there, scrying would be difficult."
Feng (down 20) Thursday October 9th, 2003 10:16:49 PM
"I don't mean to sound rude but the details can wait until later. These last few days have been rough and we all need to recover before undertaking any new assignments. Realisticly we don't have much of a choice anyway. All the evidence points to this school. Somebody went through a lot of trouble to try and kill us. I don't think they will stop just because they failed."
Tratain Friday October 10th, 2003 12:44:03 AM
Tratain says "I think Feng is correct, its not a matter of if we go to the school, but when, and we could really use the rest for a day or so. We can work out the detail after we have rested and done what we need here in the city."
Rond Friday October 10th, 2003 7:32:02 AM
"I would point out that while we were in the field that we also met up with two individuals name Inimicus and Vahm. I'm not sure what happened to them, but I just want to double check their claims while we're here.
I believe we got the individuals responsible for the catacombs raid. We know we killed two shape changers when we left where we met you. I believe one of the shape changers had met me in the catacombs when I was purchasing some equipment."
(ooc If that conneciton cannot be made let me know. I believe it was there, but I'm not sure) (OOC: That connection is perfectly valid - Dm Ian)
Renik Friday October 10th, 2003 9:49:51 AM
The rogue's ears prick up at the mention of reward. "Aah, financial renumeration, there truly is a Ward! Rond is correct, the perpetrators of that act are currently rotting in a cave. Marvelous! I was just thinking I was a little short on spending money!"
A much deserved break - Dm Ian Friday October 10th, 2003 6:27:46 PM
Kiriani replies, "Vahm and Inimicus are both well known to me. They were lieutenants in Marcus' organization, specifically, a squadleader and a diviner. If indeed it was them and not shapechangers, I will have to look into their whereabouts and health."
She then detaches a weighty sack from her belt, and places it on the table.
"I was authorized to pay the first bounty, for the retrieved goods. Within you will find the two thousand gold bounty, in platinum coins. I will ask the Catacombs representative to join us at our next meeting for the dispersal of the second bounty. They will obviously want to examine the situation with divination spells first."
"Shall we meet here at noon two days from now? I have apartments, a meal, and hot baths waiting, if you wish."
Renik Sunday October 12th, 2003 2:38:44 PM
"Hot baths? Sounds ideal. Two days should be just about long enough for the soak I'm owed. I'll catch up with you fellows after a proper freshen up."
He stands, stretches aching limbs, and winks at the preiestess. "Are you sure you don't have any barmaids anywhere around here, Sister?"
Feng Sunday October 12th, 2003 8:39:31 PM
Two days did sound nice. Feng nodded in agreement and wearily rose from the table.
Setanos (down 13) Monday October 13th, 2003 8:49:21 AM
"I think a hot bath, and then some time in the training facilities would do me some good."
OOC: Any results from the previous Knowledge check?
Rond Monday October 13th, 2003 9:51:41 AM
"That will give us the time in order to do our own catacombs shopping. I might suggest that we ask the catacombs staff to come to us here in the apartments, if we want to shop. I'm still not sure how much we want to be seen out and about. If this is related somehow to what we did to the Sanguin temple. Then the local representative might be mixed up in all this somehow."
Tratain Monday October 13th, 2003 11:43:44 AM
Tratain says "A few days rest is just what I need right now."
Tratain Spends the Time split between Praying, Training in the Temple, and doing whatever else needs to be done before the group leaves again.
Tratain will also cast read magic and attempt to find out what the two scrolls were that they found. If he can not Identify them he will give them to Arien or Setanos to do the same.
Draax Monday October 13th, 2003 12:31:34 PM
"A bath and a meal would hit the right spot at the moment and in that order." Draax retires to one of the apartments and begins wiping away the grime and excess blood from his weapons and armor before he gets into a tub to clean himself.
A few days of rest - Dm Ian Monday October 13th, 2003 5:55:53 PM
In the next two days, you take your time relaxing, training, praying, and generally resuming your lives outside of adventuring. The spellbook and scrolls are decoded, and in general, the time is very relaxing.
Setanos remembers a bit about the Fixers, and goes to the library within the War Cathedral to fill in the blanks.
(Feel free to assume all ethos and descriptive information on the Fixer page in the Black Cathedral is available, including the loss of such powers if Alemi is offended.)
On the morning of the second day, a Catacombs representative comes by your room. The solid looking dwarven warrior thanks the group for dispatching some of the villains responsible, but explains he can only offer half the bounty, as the dragon turtle who orchestrated the attacks and sunk the ship is still at large.
(The party is awarded a total of 10000 gp.)
Setanos Tuesday October 14th, 2003 10:24:02 AM
The days spent training in the temple go swiftly for Setanos. When he appears, Setanos thanks the Dwarf that brings the bounty, and considers the Dragon Turtle that is still at large.
Tratain Tuesday October 14th, 2003 12:19:45 PM
Tratain says to the group, "I have heard of Dragon Turtles, but I have never encountered one before, has anyone here actually seen or fought one? If the mage academy is close enough to the Sea then we can probably expect to run into it there."
Rond Tuesday October 14th, 2003 1:02:39 PM
"I don't remember running into a Dragon Turtle. We may have to read up on one, in order to be prepared for it."
Renik Tuesday October 14th, 2003 4:36:54 PM
"Dragon Turtle eh? I've heard of them certainly, but never actually encountered one either. Dangerous critters, by all accounts. So that's what this Hidden Master was. Makes sense."
Renik has a hard time concentrating on the stories of outlandish sea monsters with a 10,000 GP sack sitting on the table. "Well, if we find him we'll be sure to tell him you said hi" he winks at the dwarf. "And we'll be back for the remaining 10,000 with any luck." Subconciously he traces the path and circle symbol of Wardd over his heart.
He turns to the priest of Domi with a disarming grin. "So, your worshipfulness, are you able to transport us to the Red Hills? Or do we do this the old fashioned way?"
Draax Tuesday October 14th, 2003 5:09:30 PM
Draax does not like the idea of running into another dragon, but he actually never thought they would survive their last dragon encounter.
"Nope, never seen a dragon turtle before. I wonder if the dragon randomly attacked the ship or if it was actually after the goods. If it is aligned with our new enemies we will probably have to face it."
Transport - Dm Ian Tuesday October 14th, 2003 6:37:44 PM
Kiriani smiles, and says, "I can arrange for you to be transported back to the caves. The map you have shows its only a few days north into the Red Hills from there."
She continues, with, "Dragon Turtles aren't true dragonkin. They may have a breath weapon and considerable armor, but they lack imperviousness to magic, and some of the supernatural senses. Oh, and most cannot harness magic of any sort. I probably don't have to say that you shouldn't attempt to fight one underwater, or from a ship. Dragon Turtles are notorious for being able to capsize or sink vessels."
"I don't wish to rush you. You have but to let me know when you would like to be transported."
Tratain Tuesday October 14th, 2003 10:26:11 PM
Tratain says "How about tomorrow mourning, we've had plenty of rest so far, and we can take the rest of today to finish doing what needs to be done. On that note, Feng may I borrow your Bag of Holding to go sell the Items we gained at the Catacombs. Also if anyone wants anything that we haven't discussed the last two days nows the time to speak up."
Tratain continues "Priestess, you said that another from the temple was going to join us?"
Feng Tuesday October 14th, 2003 11:14:54 PM
"Sure." Feng says handing the bag over. "We should use our newfound wealth to equip ourselves for the journey. Say how far north will we be going? After the last time I want to be prepared for harsh weather conditions."
ooc: I assume the gold will be divided up once the items are sold. Feng is planning on hitting the catacombs once the gold is divided.
Arien Wednesday October 15th, 2003 1:57:42 AM
"Well I for one am ready whenever the rest of the group would like to go. I would like to meet this new person in advance though, you know get some time to know him or her before we get thrown into life or death combat." Arien leans back in his chair a bit and considers a moment before continuing, "The dragon turtle shouldn't be a problem I imagine if we can keep on land and at something of a distance. I doubt an overgrown turtle can be that dangerous on land."
Setanos Wednesday October 15th, 2003 7:50:44 AM
"Well, I'm game for a run at the big turtle. If its been able to do it once, it will probably do it again, and that I cant have."
With a slight grin, Setanos continues.
"I plan on stopping by the catacombs before I go though. Me weapon has served me well, but I think I'm ready for something a wee bit bigger."
Glancing over at Arien, he nods. "You're right about meeting our new friend first though. Tis a good plan."
Renik Wednesday October 15th, 2003 8:15:07 AM
Not entirely onvinced that the turtle will be a pushover, even on land, the rogue hums and haws as the others speak. Finally he nods and says "Aye, can our guide meet us here?"
He readies his gear, then once the Catacombs shopping is complete he indicates his readiness to move out.
Draax Wednesday October 15th, 2003 5:01:08 PM
"I am anxious to get a feel for the new person also."
A little shopping at the Catacombs and Draax will be ready to go too.
A newcomer - Dm Ian Wednesday October 15th, 2003 6:47:56 PM
Kiriani leaves the meeting room for a while, and returns, opening the door and offering an introduction.
"Gentlemen, this is Kylean."
With that, the newcomer steps into the room.
(OOC: I'd be happy having this conversation over the next few days, and picking back up Monday, so you can get research, Catacombs work, and such done before adventuring again.)
Kylean Wednesday October 15th, 2003 7:29:36 PM
Kylean steps in behind Kiriani. He bows from the waist to the party. "Good day," he says in voice whose strength and deep timbre are in stark contrast to the man himself.
He is not a tall man, measuring 5'0" flat-footed on level ground. Red, closecropped hair coats his pale scalp. His skin is fair...he burns easily, and he is covered with freckles. His grey eyes tend toward the calm and impassive. He is fine boned, some might say birdlike in his features...wide eyes, nose slightly too long and beakish. He is cleanshaven, and looks to be in his early twenties.
He dresses in practical travelling clothes. Low hard boots, tan breeches, dark leather belt, green shirt. He wears daggersheaths on his wrists, his belt, and inside his boots. A silver whistle hangs around his neck, and a cloak of elven make rests on his shoulders.
He straightens, continuing in that rich baritone. "It is good to meet all of you. I understand we will be spending no small amount of time together, if the Gods are kind." He wears no symbol of any god, but for those with an eye for such things, there is a tatoo in the soft flesh between his right thumb and forefinger. It is a flowing sigil, the symbol of the Brotherhood of the Four Winds, a monastic sect which makes their home not far from Windhorn Hamlet. The monks there are known for their charitable work, their ending, rigorous search for purity of spirit, and for their unarmed martial combat skills.
He smiles, not too warmly, but cordially, and waits for the party to make their introductions.
(OOC: Sorry so long, fellas. I'll get the hang of the shorter poses. I promise...)
Feng Wednesday October 15th, 2003 10:53:08 PM
Feng, a large and burly half-orc turns his head toward Kylean. His hand strokes his small black beard with is braided and well groomed. His teeth are pearly white and light gleams off his clean shaven head. His features are rugged and somewhat orcish but still handsome. Those close enough will detect a small amount of cologne on the half-orc.
"Kylean it is a pleasure to meet you. Are you to be a guide or assist us in this great task?"
Setanos Thursday October 16th, 2003 7:47:51 AM
Setanos stands up, extending a hand to the newly entered Kylean.
"Good ta meet ya Kylean. My names Setanos, welcome." With a hearty chuckle and a warm grin, he says "Glad to have ya here, now I'm not the newcommer!"
The man offering his hand stands about five foot ten, with a large beard and unruley brown hair. He's wearing simple traveling clothes. About his neck you see a small silver shield on a chain.
Arien Thursday October 16th, 2003 2:39:36 PM
When Kylean enters the room, the first thing that flashes through his mind is surprise, Arien was actually taller than human! Covering his surprise he stands and offers Kylean a brief bow. The elven wizard is not dressed in the robes usually associated with wizards but is instead dressed in servicable clothing in mostly browns and grays. "My name is Arien Silverbow, I assume that you will be joining us to deal with this school?"
Draax Thursday October 16th, 2003 5:03:24 PM
The half-elven warrior sits in a chair with a very fine long bow, two longswords and a quiver of arrows leaning against it. Wearing chain mail armor Draax stands and offers his hand while bending his 5'9" frame to meet the newcomer eye to eye. He holds the hand shake a little longer that usual trying to get a feel for the man.
"Well met Kylean, welcome to the group. You come highly recommended by Kiriani and just the fact that she is sending you with us mean that you are capable. But could you give us a brief statement on your abilities, knowing something about each other may just keep us alive.
Myself, I am very simple, my asset to the group is my prowess with a bow and I am not half bad with a sword in my hands. In other words my asset to the group is during a fight and guarding others. We all have our little private abilities, so do not feel obligated to tell us something you would rather keep to yourself. I just want to get a feel for your some of strengths."
Draax retakes his sit and listens to hears whatever Kylean is willing to share with them.
Conversation continues - Dm Ian Thursday October 16th, 2003 9:17:33 PM
Kiriani sits back, and listens quietly, smiling at the verbal interplay.
Kylean Thursday October 16th, 2003 10:23:09 PM
Kylean nods and shakes hand in turn, then addresses some of the questions.
"It's good to meet all of you. As for my part in what is to come, I am likely to be both guide, which is my profession, and companion, which will depend on how we get along." He smiles.
At Draax's question, he says, "I am one of the Brotherhood of the Four Winds, and as such, I have learned the ways of several weapons, though at this point in my life, I admit that I work best unarmed. When need be, these, " he gestures at his daggers, "will suffice for long distance lovetaps." He flashes a toothy grin.
"As for who I bring to the group, I have some skill in stealth and subterfuge, am talented in the ways of gathering information, and have some small skill in healing." He shrugs, "I am used to working along, so I have learned many things. Perhaps the versitility will work for us."
Kylean Thursday October 16th, 2003 10:27:00 PM

Tratain Friday October 17th, 2003 12:15:30 PM
Tratain Stands about 5 Feet 11 Inches Tall, has Short Blone hair and is clean shaven. He is wearing Robes like those favored by the priests of Domi, but you can make out the tell tale signs of armor underneath them. Around his neck hangs the symbol of a maserfully carved WarHammer. A Large Steel Shield sits with his Haversack on the ground, and a Masterfully Crafted WarHammer hangs from his belt.
Tratain says "Its nice to meet you Kylean, I'm sure you will be very valuable to us as our guide and your skill in combat. A school full of Dark Wizards will probably be no easy battle if and when it comes to it.
Tratain Hands Catacombs Vouchers to everyone but the newcommer and says "These are what I got for selling those items that we didn't need at the Catacombs. I also bought this fine WarHammer and a new shield while I was there."
Tratain addition Friday October 17th, 2003 12:19:30 PM OOC: the vouchers are for 2667 gold 5 Silver incase you didn't get or read the E-Mail I sent, no ones sent me any responses to it.
A question of tactics - Dm Ian Friday October 17th, 2003 6:52:03 PM
Kiriani asks, "If I may be so bold, do you have a plan for your invasion of this school? I ask partly for the benefit of Kylean, but partly as I am curious of this group,... Marcus spoken of you rarely, but always in glowing terms."
Tratain Friday October 17th, 2003 7:08:23 PM
Tratain says "Well we have general directions to the school. I think it would probably be best if we scouted the area around it to see how many ways in or out we can find. I don't think it would be wise of us to just go break down the front door and let the whole place kow we are there. In a school full of people who probably don't trust each other there are probably bolt holes that we should have an easier time breaking into. It will also give us a chance to see if people come and go and how frequently to help judge how tough our opposition will be. Once we learn more we can come up with a plan of attack, right now we have too little information to go on to make any detailed plans."
Kylean Saturday October 18th, 2003 9:11:43 AM
Kylean leans back against the doorframe and listens, taking this in. "How powerful are these people reputed to be?"
Draax Saturday October 18th, 2003 4:39:08 PM
To Kylean Draax says, "As Tain stated, the recon part of this mission will help us judge how powerful these guys are. In other words we are basically going in blind. Right now we know that it is a school of mages and where there are students there are probably teachers.
My biggest worry is if they somehow got the soulforge working again. That device could give someone almost godlike powers. If someone is using that device as a conduit they could be very powerful."
Kylean Saturday October 18th, 2003 9:45:37 PM
:crosses his arms. "Mmmmm. Blind." He chuckles. "Sounds like fun." He glances around at the rest of the group, taking their measure again. He says nothing more.

Smiling at the new comer, Renik offers his hand. "Welcome. My name is Renik D'Acour, and I am the defacto leader of this group. I've heard of the brotherhood, so I am honored to meet you."
Addressing Kiriani as he smiles his most charming smile at her, "As for our plan. Our recent adventures have brought us up against a sea elf village that was taken over by those dopplegangers, through spells. Right now I'm surmising that somehow this fixer has probably been compromised. I want our spells people to sit down and strategize about what we could possibly face. Those of us that are not casters should be ready to protect our casters, or to interfere with the other casters as best we can."

With a shrug, Setanos says "Divinations are not my strong suit, but if I could scrounge me up a scroll with such a spell, I could try to learn it I guess. If the priests can throw us some silence spells, I can live without my magic's long enough ta abuse some dark finger wigglers."

"You should be warned that certain parties wish to see us exterminated and have tried repeatedly to do so. By traveling with us you will be placing that target upon yourself as well."
Kylean Monday October 20th, 2003 10:47:07 AM
Kylean smiles at Feng. "Thank you for the warning. Still, perhaps they should be worried, coming after you, yes? Frankly, you all seem like a formidable lot. I feel as if I am in good hands, joining you at this point."
