OOC: Sorry to be confusing. I was trying to see if Galin knew if there were 2 or 200 lizards following with the hounds, because if there were 200, we'd have to hide, but if there were 2, then I'd figure we could set up for their arrival. However, that's all moot with the descending of the craft, so let's get 'em!
Oh, and yes, we wanted to stop any of them from getting away, but as Jet pointed out, once that pilot flew away, there wasn't much way we can stop them...until now, if that bugger gets low enough...
IC: Garret looks up and notices the descending craft, too. As the others ride quickly off, Garrett yells to Galin, "Come with us and fight, if you can. Once we have dispatched these lizards, we will find your mate. If you are unable to fight, rest here, and we will return as soon as we can."
Garret then takes off at a run towards the descending craft, calling out to those on horseback, "Get that flier, if you can!"

OOC: well, although Alexi is LG, when it comes to war with what he perceives as a great evil and pleague, especially considering they be slavers, he's not going to stop killing just because one is running away. If one were to beg for mercy, perhaps, but he doesn't know their language. :)
However, he stoped because Jet called to him to do so. Anyway, we'll see what happens when the 'dogs' get here.

Keela lets out a little sigh of relief when she sees the craft begin to descend. She would hate for her inattention to have cost the whole group.
She clambers back on Daisy, but knows she cannot keep up with the swifter mounts. "Galin?" she calls. "Do you need a ride?"

Can I ride to him really fast and shoot him with an arrow in mid-run? What's the penalty for shot on the run on a horse? Like -4? Maybe I'll just jump off and land on the guy then whip the heck out of 'em in a round.
Or maybe the lizard will pull out a sword and we'll have like a samurai showdown for a second. Can we have that? Please?

After Jet casts his spell, he attempts a Fast Mount as a free action, but his armor is heavy and cumbersome and gets in the way, preventing him from spurring Vaya to move this round.

Alexi chases down a fleeing lizard-man. At the start of his action, the lizard is 150 feet away. At the end of the round, Alexi and Lobo are 115 ft closer, and the lizard is only 35 feet away. The problem is that the lizard runs at 120 ft per round, and Alexi on Lobo runs at 115. Alexi can fire at the lizard while on a running mount, at -8 to hit, per the rules (-4 if you have the mounted archery feat).
Zeph, on an unarmored light warhourse, is much faster, running at 240 ft per round. He can overtake but not attack the fleeing lizard. If he ends his move in a space from which he threatens the lizard, he can take an AoO as it runs on next round.
Jet cures himself and mounts, but has no move left for the round.
Garret sets off at a run too, fleet of foot and horseless. At a base 40, he runs 160 feet. That's enough to catch up and threaten the fleeing lizard ... and even flank if both Zeph and Garret do the same. He sees no sign of any unknown Halfling.
Keela mounts her Daisy and offers Galin a ride. So does Jet.
Galin -- afoot or mounted? With Jet or with Kela?
If your DM hears nothing, he'll assume Charek also mounts and follows.

OOC: DM, somewhere you got a little confuse as to Alexi. He first took off after the fleeing lizard (1 Move equivalent) but Jet called him back. He stopped chasing the lizard and returned to the group, at which point the flying craft started descending. So Alexi then took off after the descending craft.
He is 1 round of Rum Move towards the descending craft (ie. whatever that is +10' for Spurring Lobo).
As far as I can tell, no one is chasing after the fleeing lizard. Please amend the post to reflect this.

Wow. We are getting WAY too much into specifics. This was all due to a delayed reaction with Keela's missiles anyway.
We are on horse, they are on foot. It shouldn't take this much calculation.
Can I try running over the lizard with my horse? Imagine it from a RL standpoint.
If not, then I'll just hop down in front of him and try to beat the hell outa him.

Sorry Cayzle, I was not aware that the fleeing lizard was fleeing towards the craft. By your statement, chasing after the decending craft is in the same direction as the fleeing lizard. IF that's the case, then Alexi will continue after the fleeing lizard. Move 35' x3 = 115 +10 (Spur) = 125' this would be the first round Lizard = 30 x4 = 120'
Next round: Spur DC15 = d20+14 = 20 success 2hp dmg to Lobo ( i think, please look it up for me. thanks. Move 35' x3 = 115' + 10 = 125 total = 250 Lizard = 30 x4 = 120 total = 240
So, Alexi should hit him at the end of Round 2, this round, that is.
Attack with Lance: D20 + 11 (mw) = 19 +1 (height adv) = 20 probably a miss, i think AC is 21 dmg (just in case) : d8+3 = 10

Ooops. At this rate, it would take Alexi another 6 rounds of Spur move to catch the lizard, and that's way too much Spur damage to Lobo.
So, scrap the attack on the Lizardman and continue to go after the falling craft.

Garret will run after the lizard and watches Zeph head up to the creature's side. As he does so, Garret moves to the lizard's other side.
OOC: Running to the fleeing lizard, hoping for an AAO with flanking if it continues running past Garret and Zeph. Just in case Garret can do that, I'll roll the attack: 22 Damage: 7.

Jet attempts to cast another spell while he is riding toward the craft, another Cure Light Wounds spell.
Riding check is a 26. If successful, Jet will sacrifice his Entropic Shield for Cure Light wounds curing 7 damage. If failed, I believe the spell is wasted.
ooc:Since this is Jet's second post since the DM's, I will understand if it does not happen and we are again in battle rounds.

Both fleeing lizards are running toward the downed ship. The first one started running before the battle ended and is out of site. The second one ran, just half a round before the party started running after the downed aircraft too. Consequently, after a round of fast movement, the last lizar finds himself sandwiched between Zeph and Garret.
Zeph would have liked to run the thing down, but he can't control his mount to that degree when it is in a full gallup. (IIRC, you can tranple and overrun as part of a double move, but not as part of a run. Correct me if I am wrong.)
The best Zeph can do is to get a little out in front of the lizard.
That's okay, though, because Garret manages to run without a horse and end up a little behind the lizard, flanking it.
And Alexi is pounding away not far behind.
So our unarmed lizard has a dilemma. Running, or even withdrawing, he would provoke AoOs. And he sees that the party is eager to move on. So he chooses to take the Full Defense action, with a five foot step to try to get out of Garret's way. He seems happy to let you continue toward the craft. His AC is 25 with the +4 boost.
Coming up next: Jet and Galin, Charek, and Keela, all on horseback, about a round behind. By the way, you can cast while galloping, but you have to make a DC10 Concentration check or you'll lose the spell, per the skill description.
The downed craft is about 300 feet or so onwards, but you will have to slow some once you leave the meadow and enter the open grasslands.

Keela does not try to cast, or draw a weapon, or make her mount go faster, or any of that fancy stuff. She clings to Daisy for dear life and prays that she doesn't fall off.

OOC: ok, Alexi was going to keep on going because he can't catch the lizardman, but now that he's stopped...
IC: Alexi catches movement to his left and right and then sees Zeph and Garrett pass him up and catch up with the fleeing lizard. To Alexi's astonishment, the fleeing lizard stops and tries to defend himself. Adjusting his lance a tiny bit, he gives Lobo the signal to charge the lizard.
OOC: i think there is a direct line to him since he took a 5' step to prevent Zeph and Garrett flanking him and a Charge is 70' so he should be able to make it.
