OoC to Malgant: Armor related AC does not count towards CMD. So, no to Barkskin. Shield of Faith, however, counts. It's a deflection bonus to AC, so that adds to CMD. And, from the look of the rules, It doesn't look as though CMB is influenced by any of those.

Jass gives his opinion, then waits for the charge.
Vorelle checks her gear, and announces her readiness.
Vauhwyt, informs the others of the positions of the two spirits that she's detected behind the Wall of Stone. Then she makes the first move. Rushing ahead of the others, she enters the room and issues a challenge. (Vauhwyt: I'm assuming that as soon as you stop concentrating, you lose the ability to detect spirits.)
Malgant also forges ahead on the swift wings of Aztyr's Haste spell. He comes up just outside of the room and readies a Ghostbane Dirge spell.
Sir Joshua charges in too, and winds up just within the room. He readies a spell of Holy Whisper.
Aztyr squeezes herself up the stairs and catches everyone in a Haste spell just before they move.
There is no response. The only movement is the aimless swaying of the incorporeal chains. Like mad broken wind chimes, their kink and tink comes as though from an unseen realm directly behind the ear. Aside from that, and the steady breaths of our heroes, there is no sound.

OOC: Right, DM Al! Concentration requires a standard action, so V gets to keep concetrating as she moves into the room, but when she stops to ready an action (a standard move) her concentration ends.

She moves to AU-V-48-49. She calls out what she sees. She still has ten feet of move left and a standard action. Hope that's okay.

As soon as Vauhwyt gets to Row42, an incorporeal chain lashes out of the wall. It hits AC29 with a Touch Attack. If AC29 beats Vauhwyt's Touch AC, take 10hp damage plus 5CHA Drain.

OoC to Brahmah: Yes, Casting Defensively still exists. You make a Concentration Check. When you make a concentration check, you roll d20 and add your caster level and the ability score modifier used to determine bonus spells of the same type. clerics, druids, and rangers add their Wisdom modifier. Bards, paladins, and sorcerers add their Charisma modifier. Finally, wizards add their Intelligence modifier.
The DC for Casting Defensively is: 15 + double spell level.

Midround Update:
Jass blasts a ten foot gap in the Wall of Stone. Beyond the wall is the dark bulk of one of Mithrodar's guards. Slightly to the east, barely visible at the eastern edge of the gap is Vauhwyt's Twighlight Knife, and Mithrodar, the Chain Spirit. This is what Jass sees.

OoC to Sir Joshua: Diagonal Movement is 1.5. Another way to count it is every other diagonal move is double. So, 5 - 15 - 20 - 30 - 35 - 45 - 50 - 60 - etc.

If she can see an undead at that point, Vorelle takes another move action to give her friends a +3 Favored Enemy bonus. If she cannot, she nocks an arrow and readies a shot for the first enemy she sees.

OoC to Vorelle: Yes, AQ37 is open. Unfortunately, due to timing and the nature of certain actions, I can't have the Favored Enemy Bonus take effect until next round. So, if you'd like to take a shot, you have clear line of sight to the dread wraith through the hole that Jass just made. And you have partial line of sight to Mithrodar. OoC to Malgant: Just want to make sure, but, as I see it, you have to move in order to hit. That allows you only one attack. Right?
Also, as for Aztyr's move, you might want to consider that there is already a Dimensional Anchor on the whole of Scarwall. And yet, Mithrodar has still appeared to teleport. (Or something.)

As for Aztyr, you are right, make her spell a disintegrate instead. Use the same to hit, SP and I'll roll you damage. If Vauhwyt has Mithrodar pinned, then he should be easier to hit right? Disintegrate for 120 damage DC 24 fort save to take 17 damage.

Vauhwyt is the first to move. She comes down the great hall toward the wall, but fifteen feet into her approach, a chain lashes out - an Attack of Opportunity. It comes straight through the wall and catches her by surprise. Vauhwyt's Fluid Form protects her from the damage, but she feels the hit drain away a large portion of her Charisma. (Vauhwyt: Take 5 points of CHA Drain.) The liontaur ducks into a tumble, and makes it around the end of the wall, finding Mithrodar in the same place in which she last saw him, right before the throne. He has not moved since the last battle. It may, in fact, be that he is not able to. Behind him, to the west, is one of his wraith guards. Vauhwyt reaches out a fluid arm to grapple the chain spirit Mithrodar. But the chain spirit deflects Vauhwyt's limb and avoids the grapple. While this has been happening, Vauhwyt's Twilight Knife has positioned itself to flank Mithrodar. It strikes and scores sneak damage. But, even as Vauhwyt watches, that damage heals over and is gone.
Brahmah casts Lead Blades.
Jass speeds into the room on wings of Haste. He calls on a Disintegrate spell and a green beam blows a ten-foot hole in Vauhwyt's Wall of Stone.
Sir Joshua follows Vauhwyt down the hall, approaching the hole that Jass has made. But, as the paladin draws near, the chain spirit takes an Attack of Opportunity at him. The chain touches the Shining Knight, and he feels the unholy burn. In addition to scoring his flesh, it strips away some of his Charisma. (Sir Joshua: Take 11hp Damage, and 5 CHA Drain.) Sir Joshua stops within sight of both Mithrodar and his wraith guard. As he begins a spell, another Attack of Opportunity comes. This one, however, fortunately fails to strike true. (Sir Joshua: Sorry, I changed your position to one from which you would both have line of effect and avoid an AoO from DW1.) Sir Joshua then completes a Holy Whisper spell. Neither Mithrodar nor the wraith guard are affected by it.
Vorelle enters the room next. She grants her Hunter's Bond to her fellows from there. (Vorelle: Start counting the rounds for this beginning your next turn. Do not count this round.)
Malgant, now Huge, approaches the hole that Jass made. A chain lashes out at him too, another Attack of Opportunity. The Hand's net of defenses, though, deflect the chain, and Malgant lashes out at the wraith guard, scoring a hit.
Aztyr moves into the room and also fires a Disintegration spell. Mithrodar's protections deflect the beam, though. It misses.
For our heroes that are near enough, on detail strikes them most. Whereas Mithrodar previously had four or five weapon chains before, he now has only one.
The wraith guard takes a five foot step to fill Jass' gap with its own body. Then it reaches out to touch Sir Joshua. (Sir Joshua: Take 12hp Negative Energy damage and 4 CON Drain. Fortitude Save vs DC25 Negates the CON Drain.)
Mithrodar backs five feet away from Vauhwyt, behind the bulk of his guard. One of his chains lashes out at Vauhwyt, and the liontaur once again feels the caress of the chain. (Vauhwyt: Take 14 - 10DR = 4hp damage and 1 CHA Drain.) Her Fluid Form protects Vauhwyt from most of the chain strike, but she feels more of her charisma drained away from her.
Then, in the blink of an eye, Mithrodar's position changes. From his protected position behind his guard, he snaps back to the place before the throne - a place that he has likely been consigned to for ages and ages upon ages without end.

OoC to Malgant: Malgant can see Mithrodar. No problem there. He does, however, have Cover vs Malgant for the corner of the wall. That's +4 to AC vs attacks from Malgant.
You are correct. The wall is not very thick. And very good guess. Vauhwyt's declared dimensions for the wall were 2" thick.

Now that the hole is big enough to reach Mithrodar, it's time to see what he's made of...
Sir Joshua charges at it and reaches AQ48 (or closer if need be) to be adjacent to it... His goal is to allow his friends space to hit Mith with ranged attacks and hit him from the side...
Right before he reaches Mithrodar, he casts FIRE OF JUDGMENT as a swift action (lasts 17 rounds, Gets 1d10 dmg (assuming evil outsider or undead?) damage per round of positive energy (bypass DR) and forces him to attack me... Save vs. Will for only 1 round of Dmg (DC 14))

Vauhwyt has suffered 6 Cha Dam, so his Cha is a 12. She can still cast Acid Arrow, and she still has some slots with which to cast it.
She casts the spell on Mithrodar. Her concentration check to do so is 1d20+16+1 = 25. Her ranged attack, with a -4 for firing into combat and +3 from Vorelle, is a 20. Ugh! A miss?
Aztyr casts a Fire Snake spell. It burns a path from her and down the hall, through the wraith guard blocking the gap through the wall of stone and through Mithrodar himself. The wraith guard fails to avoid the full burn of the Fire Snake. Mithrodar, however, is more dexterous and dodges half of the flames. Both only take half of the expected damage, though, due to their incorporeal nature. Even thought he spell wraps back to intersect the chain spirit and his guard more than once, the flames only burn the one time.
Malgant follows the flames of the Fire Snake with a barrage of blows. It takes the hand three strikes to fell the wraith guard. The remaining two hits smash out five foot sections of the Wall of Stone enlarging the gap from ten feet to fifteen feet wide and ten feet high.
Jass blows away another section of the Wall of Stone. Only two small sections are now left, little wider than the pillars that they cover. Then the quick green beam of a Dimensional Anchor stabs from Jass' hand and strikes Mithrodar.
Vorelle, with the Wall of Stone now cleared away, brings her bow into play. Five arrows out of six hit. Mithrodar's incorporeal nature, unfortunately, halves the damage.
Brahmah bulls his way into the room on wings of Aztyr's Haste. On his way in, the long chain attached to Mithrodar's body takes an Attack of Opportunity. The chain strikes through the minotaur's defenses, the wound is absorbed by the Stoneskin, but Brahmah feels his Charisma drain away. (Brahmah: Take 13hp damage - Negated by Stoneskin and 4 CHA Drain.) Brahmah swings, but he's too far away to reach Mithrodar.
Sir Joshua charges to engage Mithrodar. As he moves the chain spirit takes an Attack of Opportunity. The chain strikes and the wound is absorbed by the Stoneskin spell. Sir Joshua, however, feels more of his Charisma drain away. (Sir Joshua: Take 11hp damage - Negated by Stoneskin and 4 CHA Drain.) Then Sir Joshua strikes. The smite drives home, but not only is half of the damage negated by Mithrodar's incorporeal nature, but Mithrodar's will appears to be stronger than the Shining Knight's Fire of Judgement spell.
Vauhwyt casts defensively using one of the few spells left to her. An Acid Arrow leaves her fingers, but the green missile goes wide.
The wounds in Mithrodar's translucent body heal quickly, but not quickly enough. The combined might of the heroes from Blackbird Lake have carved away half of his body.
"Destroy me." Alone and ringed by enemies, Mithrodar's hollow voice still booms defiantly throughout the great hall. "Destroy me as you may, you will still never escape Scarwall." Then, despite the lack of influence the knight's spell has upon him, he turns toward Sir Joshua and slams his incorporeal chain against the body of the Shining Knight. (Sir Joshua: Take 13hp - absorbed by the Stoneskin. And 4 CHA Drain.)

OOC Brahmah, please pay attention to your rolls. You could have used vital strike on that attack unless it was a charge, and it was a critical threat. Unless otherwise stated everything is able to be criticaled in Pathfinder.
Al, Stoneskin only absorbs 10 points per blow, so Brahmah should take 4 damage and Joshua 1 damage from the AoO's. Joshua takes a further 3 damage from the normal attack.
IC Malgant is now able to see the chamberlin without cover and launches a flurry of blows at him. Unlike his companions his blows reach into the ether and will fully connect with the incorporeal creature. He wonders briefly about Mithrodar's words, but seeing the damage rapidly start to repair, he adds more to keep the spirit down and keep his friends from being hit for more charisma drain. Vorelle's instructions guide his hands.

It has been three days that Jass has been trapped in Scarwall with the other heroes of Blackbird Lake. He has been stymied in the use of many of his magics because they use other dimensions, and while he is less affected by the undead, he finds severe handicaps in fighting them with his magics. Then there was the fight in his own head, the one he constantly fights against the necromantic evil that he both abhors and covets. In Scarwall, the sorcerer has been having to fight against it taking over his mind, his body, and his very soul, and it has been hard.
But light comes after darkness, and Jass has found something to rely on beyond his own glib tongue and his magic. Strip away everything, and there has always been friends there. The thin man never liked the chains of obligation, but he has found them not restricting, but comforting in these halls of despair.
All this runs through his mind as his friends battle Mithrodar. One more good push and they should end the spirit, but the chain he still controls is worrysome. What is it attached to? Jass looks carefully, and, thinking he knows what it is, directs his next Disintegrate spell not at the Chamberlain, but the Throne.

OOC: Malgant, please note that Mithrodar is undead. He does NOT receive crit hits. As for Vital Strike, I was always under the assumption, as the name suggests, it was not possible to Vital Strike a foe immune to crit damage (and again I might be referencing 3.0). However, after closer reading, I see it doesn't indicate such. Please note that he did 3, not 4, damage to Brahmah which passed the Stoneskin. Wait, isn't Brahmah's Touch AC 23 with the Mage Armor?

OoC to Sir Joshua: It means that you become unconscious. When any Ability score goes to zero (except for CON) you become unconscious. When CON goes to zero, you are dead.

Undead are once-living creatures animated by spiritual or supernatural forces. Features
An undead creature has the following features.
d8 Hit Die. Base attack bonus equal to 3/4 total Hit Dice (medium progression). Good Will Saves. Skill points equal to 4 + Int modifier (minimum 1) per Hit Die. Many undead, however, are mindless and gain no skill points or feats. The following are class skills for undead: Climb, Disguise, Fly, Intimidate, Knowledge (arcane), Knowledge (religion), Perception, Sense Motive, Spellcraft, and Stealth.
Traits
An undead creature possesses the following traits (unless otherwise noted in a creature's entry).
No Constitution score. Undead use their Charisma score in place of their Constitution score when calculating hit points, Fortitude saves, and any special ability that relies on Constitution (such as when calculating a breath weapon's DC). Darkvision 60 feet. Immunity to all mind-affecting effects (charms, compulsions, morale effects, patterns, and phantasms). Immunity to death effects, disease, paralysis, poison, sleep effects, and stunning. Not subject to nonlethal damage, ability drain, or energy drain. Immune to damage to its physical ability scores (Constitution, Dexterity, and Strength), as well as to exhaustion and fatigue effects. Cannot heal damage on its own if it has no Intelligence score, although it can be healed. Negative energy (such as an inflict spell) can heal undead creatures. The fast healing special quality works regardless of the creature's Intelligence score. Immunity to any effect that requires a Fortitude save (unless the effect also works on objects or is harmless). Not at risk of death from massive damage, but is immediately destroyed when reduced to 0 hit points. Not affected by raise dead and reincarnate spells or abilities. Resurrection and true resurrection can affect undead creatures. These spells turn undead creatures back into the living creatures they were before becoming undead. Proficient with its natural weapons, all simple weapons, and any weapons mentioned in its entry. Proficient with whatever type of armor (light, medium, or heavy) it is described as wearing, as well as all lighter types. Undead not indicated as wearing armor are not proficient with armor. Undead are proficient with shields if they are proficient with any form of armor. Undead do not breathe, eat, or sleep.
I don't see not subject to critical hits in their description. Like I said before, almost everything in Pathfinder can be critically hit unless it is somehow special and has it in its description. Since we can't see its description you err on the side of killing it and roll your crits. Al will tell you if you can't crit and separate the damage out if you don't do it yourself. Personally, I am not really sure the house odds feat is worth it in the new Pathfinder Universe. However, Mithrodar is Incorporeal, so this (below) applies unless you are using ghost touch weapon or spell. That might be a redeeming reason for the House Rules feat.
Incorporeal Subtype
An incorporeal creature has no physical body. An incorporeal creature is immune to critical hits and precision-based damage (such as sneak attack damage) unless the attacks are made using a weapon with the ghost touch special weapon quality. In addition, creatures with the incorporeal subtype gain the incorporeal special quality.
Charisma Drain Sir Joshua, I think that the Charisma line is that your personality no longer has the force to allow you to affect your surroundings and you become unconscious. Something like that. Charisma is more than just a pretty face. The ugliest person can have a heart of gold and command your attention through how he speaks and what he says. The the most interesting man in the world, The Dos Equis guy, ain't so good looking, but he has a helluva lot of charisma.
