Tinker harrumphs at the conversation. The centaurs will obviously be the focus of the other side, being big and holding lances. "Linden and Carver, you may want to fight totally defensively for a while. Let their archers shoot at you while we take 'em down, then be menacing with your lances. Big obvious targets will be easier for them to see than the little sniping critters that weaken 'em down."
Tinker holds his fire, not wanting to waste bolts by engeging at extreme range. He thinks he will wait until they are only a couple hundred feet away.
