Restlin recovers the rifle, notices his proximity to scissor man and then dimension steps towards the grenade launcher while the Lilend keeps singing and the Deva keeps attacking Darkman. The Deva hits 3 times and destroys Darkman. A null blade is sticking up from the wreckage.
Wyaar sends a barrage of arrows at Waterman. He hits with rapid shot and hasted shot but that is enough to completely destroy the master leaving a dart gun in the wreckage
Garret goes to attack Darkman only to find the master already destroyed
Zane fires off a missile at Scissorman
Tink draws her emp pistol and gets closer to the action while her summons keep attacking
Beri starts summoning a second storm giant
Sesha casts Spectral Grasp
Bosk unloads on Scissorman hitting 3 times. (Are you invisible or something? Why are you getting sneak attack damage?)
Scissorman takes a 5 foot step and then attempts to attack Bosk with chainsaw and 2 slams (23 vs 100 miss; 73 vs 100 ; 70 vs 100; 51 + 54 - DR/10 = 91 damage total) The chainsaw misses but the robot slams into the horned cleric with the full weight of his body
Rockman also attacks Bosk with its power fist as well as 2 slams. The power fist hits (63, 77, 14) as does one slam (46 vs AC, 35 vs AC; 55 damage + 35 (10 electric; 25 bludgeoning) - DR 10 - resist electric 10 = 45 + 15 = 60 more damage)
Fireman tries to focus fire with his fellow robot masters but misses due to Bosk’s blinking.
Megaman attacks Scissorman with his null blade and a slam missing both times
Agatha gets some distance from Scissorman taking a full round withdrawal while her acid keeps eating away at Rockman and Scissorman.

Tink keeps her summons high alert while she deactivates the hologram projector. She fires a few rounds from her emp pistol into one of the robot corpses and then raises the possibility Megaman was followed / tracked or they were betrayed. She also turns on her signal jammer. She also says they should buy more maces.
Wyaar winces as the swarm explodes around Beri but is happy the swarm is gone.
Bosk runs around collecting the rest of the weapons, he gets a dartgun that can create puddles of water that explode when touched dealing 4d6 frost damage and putting out any fires. He does check out the leaf-rifle better, though. Just how does it work? Is the shield persistent? Does it also have any offensive capabilities?
A conundrum begins to form in Restlin's head. How can they, in good conscious, ask Megaman to sacrifice himself for their world? Sure they were risking their lives for his, but there was a pretty good chance they could overcome this and live.
They had a job to do now, but he knew decision time would come. He wasn't looking forward to it.

Tink nods. Bosk's question is a really good one! She's unfamiliar with these weapons so really doesn't know when they would stop working.
The part about the Dr building replacement robots isn't good news. They might be stronger and better armed next time. That is reason for concern.
DM Mitch Wednesday November 7th, 2018 7:23:36 AM Garret asks which way to the evil Doctor.
Restlin hands the bombmaking gun to Wyaar and then asks if the canister he found heals.
Wyaar takes the grenade launcher and then gathers everyone around for a healing channel
Zane asks how far to the base so he can plan ahead. He also offers to make Garret tiny.
Beri says to heal away pending confirmation. He then asks how long before the masters can be replaced
Sesha offers to start healing
Bosk asks how many rounds the weapons have or what the recharge rate is
Tink likes Bosk’s question and is concerned about bigger, stronger robot masters being created.
Lazerhawk thanks for the channeling then says, “Our ammo is depleted and our bikes are damaged. We should be able to just limp back to the hideout. Truth be told we gave you the best we had because we thought you were our best chance. I don’t think we are mistaken.”
He also says, “That looks like green healing nanites to me.” in response to the canister question.
He then says, “The Doctor’s lair is probably a good 2 days ride on a fully functioning bike North by North West. Our bikes are in no shape to make it there but when your friend flew he had no trouble keeping up. I know Mega Cyber Robo Ninja Man can fly or run fast so he should have no trouble keeping up either”
Megaman says, “The evil Doctor has many robots but only 8 masters. It took him awhile to create them. I doubt they can be easily replaced. The Doctor’s robot armies are spread out so it might take a little time for them to mobilize. I imagine he’ll want to move some troops home before long to make up for the loss of the masters. We prolly have a narrow window before this happens.”
Megaman examines the nearest master’s weapon. “Interesting,” he says as he takes a look at it, “Well it seems that it won’t run out of ammo, but you can only take a single shot a round or use the alternate special ability. Even though the masters are defeated it would appear the weapons still function like integrated weapons despite no longer being attached to a robot. I wonder if I could integrate with one of these weapons, that is if you aren’t using them all. Seems a shame to let one of these go to waste considering there are 8 of them and 8 of you”
(OOC: Yes I meant 4d6 not 466)
Is there anything else you want to do here before going your separate ways from the cyber hawks and presumably start the journey to the evil lair?

Beri says he can fly in his air elemental form and weighs in that they should give a master weapon to megaman if they aren’t all being used. He then asks what they can expect at the lair
Bosk reveals he doesn’t have the right spells prepared but offers to cast some Avenger spells to learn more about the Doctor.
Tink says she also doesn’t have teleport prepared. She looks at a bike wondering if she can fix it, but the technology is to alien for her to figure out in such a short time. She doesn't even know what many of the parts are much less how they work! Maybe after a few months of study with a local mechanic she could become an expert but for now she won't be jury rigging any motorcycles.

He inspects the bike with Tink. "I'm torn," he starts in a voice only she can hear. "This is all so much more complex than just casting a spell, but anyone can use it. Imagine a Hook City built on technology rather than magic. Would there still be such a glaring class hierarchy if magical aptitude wasn't a requirement?" He looks up, and remembers he's in a post apocalyptic wasteland. "On second thought, maybe we're the ones who got it right. This isn't a world I'd want to live in."
Restlin takes out the leaf rifle he picked up and puts it on the...whatever you call the big, flat-ish surface of these four wheeled vehicles is. "It makes a fancy leaf shield. Beri ponders Restlin's class hierarchy question I would think it would just further the divide. Most who dedicated their free time to the task could learn the magical arts in our world. But I get the impression that the average person couldn't build their own flying bike or plasma thrower. Having a flying bike that anyone could use doesn't do much good if it would take you multiple lifetimes to be able to afford one. The real question is whether half the wold is stuck without magic AND without technology, or wither the entire world is blessed with these gifts... of course, this world is pretty much a ruined wasteland at this point, so perhaps it's a moot point.

"I wonder... if we could bring some of them back with us.. and teach them, at the very least, clerical magic? There are Votary Clerics in the Wold who worship an ideal rather than a direct god. Perhaps they could learn that?"

Bosk scratches his head. What you said might be true in Hook City, the most magical city in the Wold, but I do not think just anyone can learn magic. It is a gift granted by a greater power.... And some simply are not chosen.
Ooc: Commoners do not typically have magic. My interpretation is that heroes have magic. It is only for those called to it.

Tink's vest has provided her with a 60ft fly speed if that is the way the party are going.
She isn't very happy though. Demanding payment for casting spells to help move the party towards their destination? This is why she doesn't like the guild OR Agatha.
"The guild probably won't mind about the payment, especially if they didn't know about it. Besides, we have cast many spells the past day to protect you. It wouldn't serve either of us to start charging for services wouldn't you agree?"
Diplomacy: 36
DM Mitch Friday November 9th, 2018 8:01:20 AM Zane points out he can make him and Bosk smaller if need be to make teleporting easier. He also advocates getting away from the area.
Sesha takes stock of her relevant magicks and then suggests they take stock of the master weapons.
Restlin goes all philosophical regarding a Hook City built on technology instead of magic before reminding himself he’s in a wasteland. He says his leafy rifle can project a leaf shield (DR/25 fire) that will go away when attacked with flames or function like a sonic rifle that does 3d8.
Garret chimes in he is ready to go
Wyaar is happy they are using his idea and also states he is ready
Beri suggests that if there was a tech based Hook City the divide would most likely be furthered. He also explains what the plasma thrower can do.
Sesha suggests bringing some votary clerics here
Tink is annoyed by Agatha’s request for payment. She makes a case against the idea. Agatha doesn’t seemed impressed. ”Fine. As a member of this adventuring party I hereby claim the scrap as my share of the loot. It sounds so much better when I phrase it as killing and looting then as payment for services rendered doesn’t it?”
To Recap you have: Plasma Thrower (Functions like plasma thrower dealing 6d8 damage ½ fire + ½ electric in AOO effect or can burn indivifuals for 4d6 damage per round stackable up to 4x Leaf sonic rifle either does DR25/fire or 3d8 damage as a sonic rifle Null blade that can project darkness in a 20 foot radius and grant concealment Zero rifle that either does 3d8 cold or is capable of potentially freezeing the target in ice doing 6d5 damage A Grenade launcher that doubles as a bomb dispensor A powerfist that allows a foot of stone to be shaped as need be A dartgun filled with green healing nanites that can make splash bombs A chainsaw that can be thrown in a boomeranging fashion to allow a second chance
Agatha says, “I can help teleport” to Restlin.

Restlin shrugs. Agatha did join in the fight and was entitled to some of the loot. He views this as a reminder of why he dislikes the Star Mages and moves on.
"Ok, Lazerhawks, tell us all you can about this hideout so our magic can find it..."
Once that's done, he divides those going between himself and Agatha, then teleports his folks to Dr. Whatshisface's hideout.

Tink wastes no more words or time with Agatha and instead prepares for what may lie ahead. "I'd still like the dart gun if noone else does. Beri keeps the plasma thrower and then asks for tactical advice.
Restlin hands out the dart gun and the leaf gun leaving him without a master weapon temporarily (OOC: there is still the null blade and the freeze ray; Garret has the chainsaw, Bosk has the power fist, Beri the plasma thrower, Sesha the sonic rifle, Tink the dart gun and Wyaar has the grenade launcher)
Bosk asks about the enemy forces
One of the Cyberhawks pulls up a propaganda film on the fortress and you can see it looks pretty imposing; a veritable metallic citadel.
Megaman brings up the fact that the Doctor’s brain is inside of the toughest annihilator bodies ever made.
He also brings up the fact that security changes at the citadel quite frequently per the doc so it is hard to say what may be waiting. He does bring up the fact that one of the masters had a null blade and the masters themselves were enhanced with adamantine golem schematics so the Doctors forces have to have some magical expertise at least for crafting.

The real question is whether we should try teleporting at all, once we do there is no going back. Since you mentioned security changes, does that mean it's defenses are more mobile? Or, more to the point, if we bypass any patrols and defenses outdoors by teleporting in would their command structure dictate that they continue to defend the outer wall, or would any we bypass run in after us giving us a two front attack to worry about?

Tink winces just a little. It sure would be nice to have a chance to regain all those lost spells. She doesn't have the luxury that the front-liners do. She needs to rest in-between stints to be at full effectiveness. Worse still, most of her spells are ineffective against adamantine constructs. Her best bet are her summons and she has used a number of those up.

Zane reminds the others he has a brilliant energy weapon
Bosk thinks direct teleportation is the best.

Megaman says to Restlin, “It shows the hangar where the bad Doctor’s robot body is stored.”

Restlin has plenty of spells so he's ready to go but if Tink needs to rest he's ok delaying

Megaman says to Garret, "The brain is inside the robot body but the fortress has normal sized corridors considering the Doctor took it over from a government defense force predating his ascendancy. The robot body is so massive that he rules from inside the hangar so it functions as a throne room but it is still a hangar. "
Megaman says to Zane, "How far does that blade reach? The brain is pretty fortified and located deep inside that thing so even if it ignores non living material you'd still have to get it there right?"
Agatha says to Beri, "I only suggested going the part of the way their by flight as I do not have enough teleports for everyone but if Restlin covers the rest I can activate my arcane bonded item to produce a single greater teleport."

"Wait, did someone say breakfast?"
The Dragons rest and recover their spells. Megaman tells the group as much as he can about the hanger in Dr. Henrichzimmerschneit’s fortress. He’d only been there once and he described it as a large open area bare of any furnishings other than the robot body. There is some worry on if the description is accurate enough or if anything has changed to throw off the spell, but they forge ahead.
Gathering close the large party members are shrunk and the teleport cast (I assume you time it so you unshrink 1 round after the teleport as previously discussed). Everything goes dark before they find themselves in a new place. It pretty much fits Megaman’s description; a wide open space devoid of many features other than a great statue of the tyrant. That is, except for one thing.
A pair of small, flying robots are trying to hang a sign. It proclaims “WELCOME MEGAMAN (and guests)” in all caps with pictures of confetti surrounding the words. The robots notice you and start in alarm before flying off, leaving the sign hanging only on one side so that it droops down to touch the top of the imposing robot.
”MEGAMAN! a voice booms over loudspeakers above. ”Oh my you’re much earlier than expected! I was going to throw you a party with balloons and music!. Shame on you for ruining my wonderful surprise!” The voice sounds rather disappointed, like a father whose son ruined a birthday surprise.
And you brought your friends! Your strange new friends! They were very impressive against my masters, I so look forward to dissecting their brains I bet I could make wonderful new masters based of them.” Now he sounds downright estatic, a jovial uncle beaming down at his favorite cousins.
”Now despite you’re early arrival I believe I can accommodate you. Just do me one smaaaaall favor if you would. Die quickly so I can get to the dissection part. I really, really am looking forward to it.”
The robot promptly attacks.
It’s chaingun sprays hot metal all over the party; everyone is targeted. Garret manages to evade, everyone else is hit.
Tink takes 46
Restlin is crit for 134
Wyarr is hit for 39
Zane is hit for 32
Beri is hit for 48 (I did roll for blink, your gargul divit, and he has a special to ignore your blur)

The giant robot scorpion then shoots some strange, dark projectile. It floats a little bit over their heads and suddenly everything goes wonky. They’re pulled towards the center of the effect and end up clumped in a little ball (reflex save DC 30 to avoid.)

Zane declares The Doctor as target of the Smite Evil from Wyaar. Zane lets his inner dragon out. (cast Form of the Dragon 2) Since Restlin has emergency rescue duty, He launches himself at the Doctor with Haste and normal movement,(Assuming Gargantuan (tall)) Zane circles wide around and stops with 15' between himself and the Doctor, which shouldn't provoke an AoO and next round he'll un-reduce and will grow in size ending up 5' closer as well as 5' more into flanking the Doctor and still not provoking an AoO from it. Zane has 120' of flight (ending position keeping 20' between himself and the Doctor while moving is same row with 15' between Zane and The Dr, on the side away from the group.)

From the previous round Agatha took 41 damage and Megaman was unharmed due to a miss from that area attack. Neither Agatha nor Megaman were affected by the well.
Tink casts haste on the party and tries to find a weakspot. Mostly what she sees are a ton of weapons and thick armor.
Wyaar gets mixed results from his detect evil. The robot doesn’t seem to be evil but there is something evil in there.
Garret teleports behind the thing and buries his chainsaw into it.
Sesha heals everyone before being caught in the gravity well.
Restlin manages to avoid the well and tries to fish someone else out of it.
Bosk takes Restlin’s save and manages to hit the robot.
Zane turns into a dragon and begins to circle around the massive robot. He senses that this robot threatens 20 feet around itself and stays 25 feet away so as not to provoke AOOs but his reduce stops working the moment he turns into a large dragon. (OOC: can only be under the effect of one size altering transmutation spell at a time)
Agatha tries to follow after Zane but she is not as fast. She ends up moving 30 feet and casting a cure spell.
Megaman calls out to Wyaar, “Use the grenade launcher to bomb the gravity well and get rid of it.”
He then fires a missile at the Doctor hitting it square on but the fire appears to have done nothing and the bludgeoning was a little blunted. He too chases after Zane to try to spread out.
The Doctor once again does an area of attack using its chain guns, this time though because the party has spread out only Restlin, Sesha, Bosk, Tink and Beri are caught within the cone of suppressing fire and all take 31 damage (pre applying your DRs + rolling for divet and blink on Beri)
The Doctor then creates a second gravity well near Restlin, Sesha, Beri, Bosk and Tink trying to keep them pinned together (Reflex save DC 30 to avoid)
The Doctor calls out, "Did you ever think that you all just might like being my new robot masters? If you all quit resisting, I promise I'll make your demise quick!"

Agatha seems to like Tink’s idea as she immediately starts taking the thing apart, oohing and aahing over various contraptions. She hrms at something deep inside it and pulls it out.
It looks like a brain, but a heavily modified one. Strange metallic apparatus have replaced portions of it and it has magical runes inscribed on various plates. It’s surrounded by a protective glass dome, though it seems to have cracked in the battle. A gooey residue of some sort of liquid sits on the bottom, the rest having presumably leaked out.
Agatha stares at it with great interest. ”Fascinating. I wonder if he’s still alive in there?”
Megaman walks over to look as well. ”I doubt it, not with the liquid gone. I’ve seen something like this before and the liquid keeps the brain hydrated and feeds it. It’d be like cutting off the blood flow to the brain. Still we should destroy it, no telling what his minions might be able to do with it, maybe even revive him somehow.”

Beri looks at the unnatural thing. While he doesn't have anything against cybernetic implants and magicical ruins themselves, this thing appears to have sacrificed it's body for a mechanical one. Still, the engineering feat that was accomplished here to successfully combine the three is something to behold. The human body has millions of interconnected functions, each one of which would have had to be taken into consideration.
Megaman, now that the Doctor is out, do we need to worry about any other of his minions arriving home to meet us, or will they stop functioning with him unable to give orders? Should we be searching his body for some sort of off switch or control box for his troops?.

If this is the heart of balance, I would argue that he hasn't been a "person" in a very long time and that it's the "heart" itself that would matter. In any case, it may make sense to take it with us. I get the impression that the Doctor isn't really a threat without his technology, so best case scenario it's exactly what we need, and worst case scenario is likely that we take him to a realm where it won't be a danger to anyone.

DM Mitch Tuesday November 27th, 2018 7:05:43 AM Beri wonders about what happens to the doctors minions now that he’s dead.
Restlin realizes the potential significance of the brain.
Sesha immediately follows Restlin’s train of thought.
Garret can’t hear anything over his chainsaw.
Wyarr says maybe they should drop it in a bag of holding and mentions they might need Megaman’s help now that they’ve helped him.
Tink agrees with Beri’s concerns.
Zane urges the group to fully explain to Megaman. He also points out that since the doctor is dead there are no moral problems with using the brain for the ritual
Beri points out that a world without high technology might be the safest place to take the brain.
Bosk says they can’t risk letting it be destroyed.
The party reflects back on Gargul’s instructions. They must perform a ritual to open the prison at the top of Bone Tower. One of his former punishers, Kevintar, is imprisoned there and causing problems. Gargul wishes to free him and thus force a confrontation between him and Marteaus before he can reach full strength and be a great threat to the Wold. In order to do so you must perform a ritual that involves five artifacts and five people performing the ritual.
The ritualists must include:
Two intelligent, free willed undead Two Intelligent, free willed constructs One intelligent, free willed undead/construct hybrid.
The artifacts are:
A heart of Evil A heart of Virtue A heart of Chaos A heart of Order A heart of Balance
You earlier determined that MegaRobotNinjaMan is an undead/construct hybrid and would fulfill the most difficult ritualist requirement. You have made no mention of this to him or asked him for his help until Wyarr mentioned it just now.
The brain, even dead, is remains a powerful artifact that could serve as the heart of balance since it is a perfect blend of magic, technology, and biology. The ritual will destroy the brain, so won’t contradict Megaman’s wish.
Your divinations and investigations led you to this world so it is likely that finding replacements for either Megaman or the brain might prove difficult or impossible. It is unclear if the remaining hearts or constructs could be found here.
Megaman thinks for a few moments. ”It’s hard to tell what his minions might do. They are all programmed to follow his every direction, but they are all very different. Many will likely shut down. Others might go berserk. Still others might just continue to do their final orders until they shut down. Organized resistance or assault is highly unlikely, but we’ll probably spend years trying to clean up everything.”
In response to Wyarr’s remark Megaman looks cautious. ”What, exactly, do you mean?”

Agatha spends the entire conversation looking at the brain in a jar. She seems incredibly fascinated by it. Suddenly she gets up and hands it to Garret seemingly at random. ”I’m going to go find more stuff! I bet the Doctor had all kinds of fascinating relics.” She leaves through the giant hanger doors.
As Garret takes the brain a strange sensation overtakes him. A vague rushing feeling, as if multiple powerful, diametrically opposed forces were contained in the jar, overlaid with a cold harmony that somehow makes them all flow in the same direction.
Anyone who touches the brain with aracana knowledge can instantly realizes this is no run-of-the-mill magic item. If the other hearts are like this they could prove difficult to find - heck it’s amazing the Doctor went down so easily.
From outside the party hears Agatha exclaim in delight and surprise. ”Come look at this!”

I mean, I’m not quitting or leaving or anything, but something feels off to me about the whole process. Mortals just shouldn’t be involved in the affairs of gods, if you ask me.”
He smiles when Wyarr mentions the chainsaw. “It’s pretty nice, isn’t it? I wonder if it will work when we get back to Hook City.” He pauses a moment, then frowns, “Ah, we’d probably never get enough permits to ever allow me to use something like this back there any how.”
He brightens up when Bosk mentions food. He starts to say, “Oh yes, barbeque! It has been awhile since I’ve…” He looks down at the bread in his hand, then finishes with, “…eaten some barbeque!”
He recoils a little when Tink mentions creating clones just to rip their hearts out. He mumbles to himself, “Messing in the affairs of gods changes people.”
When Agatha hands him the brain, he feels the powers and nods. He describes them to the others and says, “This feels quite indeed in balance, as things should be.”
He carries the dead brain with him as he heads outside to see what Agatha has to say.

Bosk asks Megaman about spirits. Megaman says, “The cyberhawks make a decent moon shine or so they claim. Most of the breweries and distilleries were casualties of war.”
Agatha says to the Iron Dragons, “If I’m right this arch is linked to another arch somewhere in the Wold. I don’t think it is the gate in the Float though. I’m not sure where it might be located so we could end up in a cave or dungeon when we get back. I think I can activate it and we can get back to our own home world. Tink agrees as well.
Beri figures it should be easy to get him home from Hook City.

Tink points out he might be considered crazy
Garret wonders how many forms Auslander would have for them.
Beri feels they can handle any problems that come up along the way.
Evil defeated, heart gathered, ally recruited, the party is all ready to head home when they realize they forgot something.
Also Megaman points out they still need to actually tell the Laserhawks they won.
So they head back and spread the good news. Restlin straight-up does not like Chuck very much, but messing with his head? First Tink suggests cloning themselves for sacrifice, now this? Come on...that's not nice at all.
Without putting it before committee, he walks into Chuck's room (he can cast knock if he has to get the door unlocked), and locks the door behind him. He lets Chuck rant a bit if he wants to then starts talking.
"Look, Chuck. I didn't want to bring you. Looking back, I think I was right. I'm still sore that you sat there and profited off our stories while we risked our lives for the good of our world, but it's pretty cool that I have fans in another dimension...I do have fans, right? "Anyway, we defeated Dr. Whatshisface and his Robot Masters. We've found a way back to our home. From there, Agatha should be able to get you back to yours. The Wold is a lot safer than this place." DM Mitch Wednesday December 5th, 2018 8:01:13 AM Wyarr says they need to get him home, maybe with some more story notes.
Zane thinks he might be a little too scary to talk to Chuck.
Tink wonders if they can make this all seem like a dream.
Garret suggests they try to cheer him up with news they’re heading for the wold.
Restlin disapproves of Tink’s recent suggestions and goes on into Chuck’s room. He gives a little speech to try to cheer him up.
Bosk tries to get some liquor for his collection.
Restlin finds that the door isn’t locked, there’s just a “Do not disturb” sign on it. He steps in and gives his speech hoping to inspire Chuck or at least get him to like the Dragon’s better.
He finds Chuck laying in bed, surrounded by alcohol bottles and gently snoring. Dock is sitting in the corner in golem form. He gives a wave as Restlin walks in.Chuck snorts and blinks blearily as Restlin starts talking. Oh heeey itsh the guy. The m-mage-priesth. Your not dead.”
He struggles to sit up for a moment but gives up. ”I shoulda known you’d guys’d win. Your the sparkle dragons, you always save the day. Wha was I worried about? Plus I had ole Dock..hic..here to keep me company. He showed up here one day. Think he got sep.. split from the group after we left my home”
Bosk, in the meantime, is able to easily snag some alcohol what with the party being put together. Most of it is moonshine. The collapse of civilization and population of robots taking over did a number on the booze business. Similarly the food is mostly bland energy bars or military rations. The main course is a soup the cooks made with scavenged veggies and some well cooked deer meat. Despite the blandness of the meal the Laserhawks seem enthused. It seems that the chance to eat as much as they want is rare.
It looks like they’re starting soon. People start to gather in small groups and speculate about all the things they can do now that the Doctor is gone and they don’t have to constantly be hiding or running.

Beri looks at Chuck and shrugs. He's drunk, that could work to our advantage. Beri thinks they caught a break with Chuck being drunk and could potentially convince him it was all just a dream, but wants to get the man to see the wonders of Hook City as their current environs appear to be depressing him.
Restlin eyes light up at the mention of the Sparkle Dragons and makes a note to push for the name change when they get back. Chuck says to Wyaar, “I’ll...hic...take my chances with you lot...my...goo pala...pala...pal. Loosh like it’s os we go to de Wold.”
With the return of Dock (OOC: Honestly keeping track of Chuck, Agatha, Megaman, the cyberhawks and the enemy NPCs, the DMs forgot about it; we will strive to do better in the future; Dock will not become like V’s familiar in classic OOTS where it popped into and out of existence when people remembered V had one) you now have a free willed undead/construct in Mega Cyber Robo Ninja Man and a free willed construct in Dock. You have also found the heart of balance. You need 4 more hearts and 3 more ritual participants: 1 construct and 2 undead.
The party lasts long into the night and the next day Beri is able to cast plant growth spells to aid with crop production. With these things being done and Chuck, Agatha, Dock and Megaman in tow (look at all the friends you have) you gather back at the gate in the courtyard of the former lair.
