He lists the pros and cons of resting. Tishe’ thinks V summed it up and votes for keeping going, at least for a bit.
Barratore retrieves his sword saying that the fungus queen could be part of the dungeon and votes to destroy the fungus in the area. Brom agrees with pushing onward as does Sir Royston. He states that he does not want the fungal queen to heal her wounds.
Emrys, still blind, agrees with killing off the crop. He lets them know that she can teleport though the fungus like a dryad thought tree roots. Once the dwarves are subdued he cures his blindness.
Edson adds that the funbgal queen sounds like a bad name for a band of minstrels.
First things first the group packages up the dwarves and heads back to the enclosure. As they move back they hear a shout. “Run I hear them.” and some scampering. Coming back they find the enclosure and dwarves there but also two dropped torches near the wall.
Also a quick scout of the room to the north of the fungus room, without going in, reveals a large chamber with some fungus but also rows of barrels and equipment for making wine. From the entrance you cannot see the entire room but you can make out what looks like at least one more of the spore pods the Fungal Queen had been summoning near the NW corner.
You are free to go wherever you want, if you look at old maps you can see everything you have explored.

Tishe’ thinks a bit then shakes her head. “If the Fungus Queen can Dim Dior between plants, there’s no telling where she is. Could even be in a cave we can’t get to but mushrooms grow. I think we’ll just have to be on our toes. If we meet her again, I have a spell for stopping her from ‘porting again...”
The Resilient Spheres end after a minute and a half, and Tishe’ doesn’t want spores everywhere. So after the look-see, she casts a cantrip, Acid Splash, and throws it at a spore 20 feet away....

"Lovely. If we leave the Dwarven prisoners here, they will have rejoined their companions in relatively short order, and likely been healed up and re-armed. This entire situation is becoming more and more problematic. I think we have little choice but to press on, and try and move along as quickly as we can."

Tishe’ thinks for a bit and comments that the Fungus Queen could be anywhere, as far as she knows, but she thinks she has a way to stop the teleporting. She then tosses some acid at the spores which takes some time but eventually wears the spores away.
Velarin comes up with a new plan, putting the dwarves inside the mansion. He lets the front line know that the casters may have to hang back some to conserve magic and it might be time to use lethal force.
Barratore agrees with the idea and manages to find plenty of rope to start tying up the dwarves. {ooc: Not going to play a resource game there is plenty of rope in the room with all the crates.} Sir Royston follows Barratore around as he works and after about half an hour all the prisoners are secure in the mansion. The orcs are tucked back where they were left and have not moved.
Brom is happy to take the lead and let everyone work out their own stuff. The questions is the lead to where?
You have options on where to head next but nothing, in this time, has moved to attack you from any of the paths that you have.

Moving to the north you find another room full of fungus. {M2 on map slide 2} Inside and to the west you see another spore pod and at this point recognize that these act as places she can teleport too. There is however no sign of the fungus queen so it is possible she had more nodes, maybe to get around the tunnels quickly. {ooc: This is probably just me but I love giving smart NPCs mundane uses for their powers.}
Further to the north in the room there appears to be a small lake, the water is fresh so it is probably spring fed from below. Beside it is a great deal of equipment used to make fungus ale and wine, clearly fresh water is necessary for both growing the fungus and making the wine.
There are two paths leading from this area to the west. The southern one leads back to M4 and the northern leads back towards M5, where the dwarves were formerly stored.
With some examination you see two gaps in the ceiling, where the cavern is worn mostly flat, the spots are the rough size of a roper.

Backtracking to the fungus room you scout the final tunnel in the fungus area. Here you see a rather unusual site. The room has many stalactite and stalagmites scattered thought and on three stalagmites there are bound orc slaves. The slaves are bound, gagged and unconscious.
A voice comes from the dark as one of the stalactites stirs.

So there is another tribe involved that are the true masters under this mountain.”she turns and looks at the other Defenders of the Vale. “Leaving is out of the question (she says assuming the others feel the same) so how do we either rush quickly enough, sneak unseen enough, or get behind them to foul thier plans?”
Tishe continues talking and making plans. She thinks Edson and Emrys are sneaky enough, and V, herself, (and Royston?) can ‘port behind the Undercommon Ones if they know a location. “We need to have a destination, and I don’t have the magical means to do so. Do you?”

Tishe’ comes up with a masterful gambit, feigning distress and pushing into the room. “No! Don’t hurt them! Take me instead!”
The original roper pauses but two more stalactites stir from their position and one, blue, lashes out at the caster with two strands. {Hit: 19 / 29 Str Dam: -/6} As the tendril hits Tishe’ completes her gambit casting Rapinbow Pattern. {ooc: Love that move Tishe’. It has to be rewarded, they each get an additional -2 to will and you get a HeroPoint.} The pattern only fascinates the center, black, roper.

Tishe’ quickly withdraws dodging to make a harder to hit target while Emrys moves to be able to see in the room but keeping a good distance and casts spectral hand. Like the others Velarin waits for the crowd in front to clear.
Sir Royston advances and seizes the moment calling forth a wall of flame that flat out kills two of the already badly beat up slaves. The wall also does minimal damage to the Ropers and breaks the fascinate off of the middle one. {ooc: Cold man. Cold.}
Barratore moves in and delivers a heavy hit to the hanging roper.
Brom, takes the opening created by Tishe and moves in and also lands a heavy blow on the Roper while getting burned.
Edaon… move in to get flanking and also takes damage from the wall of flame before striking the roper.
{ooc: Edson, you original position is surrounded in yellow so you can find it. To get to flanking I think you need to get to where I put you and I am not sure how you could do that. Please let me know if you can actually make the move. I will forgo the AOO for moving there even though you did not roll because I am sure you would have made iet.}

Barratore twists and pivots quickly as the roper counter attacks, sliding just beyond the creatures attack line. Barratore then activates his family Torc and becomes Hasted. Tishe’ backs into a corner, hopefully far enough away from the Ropers and still able to see the battle to help if needed. She was all set to feel the lethargy of drained strength, but amazingly shakes it off!
The Rainbow Pattern continues to dance but has no effect since the Black roper was attacked by the Wall of Fire. Tishe’ frowns, but battles are no place for berations. With Emrys’ translation, She is sure Royston is berating himself just now.

Tishe backs off into a corner to conserve spells but watches in case she is needed.
As the fight continues Emrys calls a question back to the ropers. "We fight and kill those who do harm to the Vale. We defend those who can't defend themselves! Sir Royston, realizing what he has done with the wall of fire is heart-broken but presses on knowing the ropers must be stopped. He is further dismayed the Edson has rushed so close to the fire. {ooc: Green dots as slaves was set in previous battle. Sorry for the confusion but war is messy I guess.} He dismisses his spell and launches several beams of flame at the middle roper.
Brom continues to attack the red roper and as it falls he pivots to smack the black roper with his last swing.

Tishe’ straightens. “I think we will have to carry the orcs, since they are unconscious from the Roper’ Magic.”
The Spellweaver glances at Royston who busies himself in helping clear the room. “What would Trellus do?”, she mumbles, but the echoes have no reply. She casts Detect magic and scans the room to identify all sources of magical treasure.
“They were speaking UnderCommon?”, she verifies with Velarin and Emrys. “And there are three here. Perhaps there is a secret passage to another part of the mines? Sieur Edson?”
She twirls her wand of Cure Light Wounds and sets to heal Brom. “Now hold still, this won’t hurt”, she half-smiles, imitating an old healer from her childhood. (Heal Brom 56 points)

As the last roper falls Velarin quickly moves into the room issuing instructions and freeing the slaves. His actions are enough to bring them back to consciousness, because none of us want to deal with that kind of minutia. The living slaves are a male and a female and are clearly afraid to start, as Velarin starts to give instruction, they see the dead bodies of the others. The male drops his head, all the natural defiance of an orc gone and speaks quietly. “We were once proud, no serve and die.” Looking around he spots a dragon and has a moment of clear fear thinking he will shortly be burned. He calms quickly realizing there is nothing he can do.
They do follow the directions once they do not have to move directly pass a very scary dragon.
Barratore shakes off the poison of the ropers and moves to assist Velarin. He is joined by Sir Royston in dragon form.
Tishe’ suggests carrying the orcs but they wake up quickly and there is no need. She casts detect magic but finds nothing of interest in the room. She asks Edson to search for secret doors and moves to heal Brom with her CLW wand.
A little singed Edson is dismayed to see the enemies dead but is glad they were killed quickly. He heeds Tishe’s request and it I quick to determine that this is the end of this branch of the caves.

Brom agrees that heading to the parts of the mines they haven't been to is a good idea. He really wants to deal with these Wizards that are running the show.

Emrys offers to heal the slaves but that look at him untrusting. Finally the woman gives a shake of her head and mumbles that they are ok.
Brom thanks Tishe’ for the healing and suggests that Sir Royston being a dragon may not be the most effective thing in the current situation.
Velarin suggests they go back to the room where the entrance to the mansion and scout from there. The others agree and Brom, having very sharp eyes notices that there was indeed movement in this room, something heavy pulled though scraping the ground. {This is in M5} .
Edson offers to sneak ahead and gets into the vestibule to the forge room to look about. He finds that there has been some change. Three large wooden barrels are in the room and an ancient looking dwarf sits on a low stool behind the farthest barrel. He has something in his hand that he is holding over the top of the open barrel. It is easy for a rogue of Edsons talent to see that these barrels are some sort of trap, most likely incendiary but possibly something else.
The dwarf is humming a quiet little tune seemingly happy to stand with the barrels.
Edson further notices that his back is to the passage on the western wall and that this is where the slaves are kept when not working.

Tishe’ follows the others and waits for a report back. Edson returns and lets the party know what he saw and suggest that he can sneak back and take him out humanely.
As always Velarin offers a good evaluation on the situation and options. He prepares to cast two spells on Edson if that is the plan.
Tishe’ offers another idea, blowing up the barrels from the corner and eliminating the trap.
Brom suggests talking to the old dwarf. He listens carefully and is pretty sure he can recognize the toon, a favorite of bards late at night. In the gadda da vida, long but always a pleaser once people have had enough drink.
Sir Royston, returns to his more compact appearance and suggest that Velarin could make himself invisible and mage and whatever he is holding away from the barrel.
Emrys suggests that Daemon could deliver the touch spell, with added potency, because few things are as quiet as a snake.
The dwarf continues to hum, he does not look over concerned, possibly at his age the fear of death is not so great. He has not moved from the stool he is perched on and, with the benefit of time, Edson realizes that only one of his legs was swinging while the other was perfectly still. Fake? Paralyzed? Either way not effective in about any other roll.

"Mage hand is not something I can cast Royston. It is one of a grouping of spells that I can't use due to my focus on blowing things up."
"While Brom's suggestion has merit, it is likely to fail based on previous actions by the Dwarves, and the fact that the one sitting there is likely expendable, and therefore a risk we need not take. I would say we could fireproof someone, but who's to say that fire is what would be dealt with. The trap could have many results. possibly something to cause everything above the room to collapse. Being Dwarves, they have plenty of time to dig out, and probably plenty of slaves to help them. So, even blowing up the barrels remotely has risk."
"That is part of the reason sending Edson in first is the most logical course of action. Being invisible, he could slowly and quietly have a good look around the room, and attempt to determine the exact nature of the trap, and how best to bypass it. He wouldn't even need to necessarily engage the Dwarf if he could disable the trap in another way."

Smarter people than Barratore are analyzing the situation, though the fighter does mumble something about being overly cautious. In the end, he backs Edson scouting and NOT ENGAGING to come back with what is really going on. Then he and Brom could charge in, set the trap off and put the dwarf down, assuming the trap does not kill the old man.

Discussion and planning by some and watchful vigilance allows the party to come up with a common plan. Once he is bolstered by True Sight and Invisibility Edson moved into the room. To call him as quiet as a mouse would be a wild understatement. He moves with no more noise than a wave of heat off a fire makes. Silent and undetectable he crosses the room.
Stopping at the first barrel he looks in and sees something not completely unexpected. Small jagged metal bits suspended in a thick viscus liquid that smells of explosives. In the center is a smaller barrel that connects to a fuse that runs back to the barrel the dwarf stands near. A second fuse goes past this barrel, not in parallel, but a complete second fuse, head to the eastern barrel.
Still virtually undetectable Edson moves to the dwarf and can see that the inside of this barrel also houses a smaller barrel surrounded by a flammable accelerant. Missing are the metal bits but this looks to be thicker and probably very sticky.
Taking all that in in a moment he looks to the ancient dwarf. The dwarf indeed has a fake leg and the hand not holding this object appears to be carved of stone and shaped to fit a hammer. His body is burned, as though having been though fires and explosions more than once. At a glance you would say that this dwarf is very near the end of his life, regardless of what happens. He has stopped humming for the moment and talks very quietly.

Finally in the hand of the dwarf is a very fragile glass tube, you can see it would take little to break it. Inside the tube is a glowing ember, ready to drop in the barrel.
Being an experienced rogue Edson can see this is a simple but elegant trap and the addition of a human switch adds complication.

Edson reports what he saw and expresses that he would like to save both the dwarf and the party.
Barratore suggests essentially picking the pocket of the dwarf by taking the ‘detonator’ right out of his hand. Tishe’ also likes this idea and casts resist energy fire on Edson.
Most of the rest of the party simply waits for this to play out.
The dwarf still sits on his stool holding the dead man switch, unaware that he has been observed to this point.
From down the hall behind the dwarf a quiet but guttural noise of pain is heard briefly, most likely form a slave further down that hallway.

Quiet as the breeze Edson moves back to the dwarf and plucks the small glass tube out of his hand. So subtle are his actions that it is several seconds before the dwarf even notices that it is gone. His eyebrows go up as he look around the empty room and at this now empty hand. He mumbles to himself as he starts to dig into a pocket on his leather vest.
“Blast it. There here someplace, got to set this thing off quick. Wish I knew the trick they did to take my trigger.”
He hops off the stool and starts fumbling things out of his pocket.

Having grabbed the switch Edson waits for the big ‘ins to do their work.
Many of the Keepers move forward on the ground and in the air but none as fast as Sir Royston.
We have to separate those barrels, or it will bring the entire cavern down on our heads!” he shout, already in action.
His paladin nature comes to the fore front and his instinct to protect the Keeprs of the Vale lends speed to his feet and strength to his limbs. With supernatural quickness he grabs the middle barrel just as the dwarf finds something in his pocket. A smile forms on the paladins face as he knows the rest of the group will be safe.
Sir Royston’s feet fly as he moves to the east separating the barrels from the dwarf as far as he can. Each step he feels he may be saving lives. With a grunt of effort, he makes the far wall, but the barrel was not made for rough or fast travel and it vibrates in his arms and quickly heats up. The speed manages to save his companions but in the doing he has triggered the bomb. He looks back, seeing Tishe’ in the air and nods grimly as the barrel in his arm explodes in a shower of flame and smoke catching the second barrel. Another explosion racks the cavern, from the second barrel and this time there is fire and flying metal both of which do their terrible work on the paladin.
A moment of flame and fire.
The smoke clears.
Those Keepers in the room can see the prone body of their companion laying, burned but almost peaceful laying near the SE exit from the room. He has saved lives but he is not moving. You are veterans of many conflicts and know there is little hope he has not standing before Gargul, head high, having fulfilled what may have been his destiny.
The dwarf stands on he far end for a moment before the hole in his forehead leaks blood and he topples over, killed by shrapnel, but few will care. There is also the cray of an orc from the west that is quickly stifled by a rough dwarf voice.

Tishe’ stares in horror, her movements feeling like she is pushing against Solid Fog, and there is nothing she can do as Royston selflessly sacrifices himself for the greater good. He saved not only herself and Edson who were so exposed, but most likely the rest of the Keepers and possibly the dwarves and orcs and other denizens of the mines as well! “Seiur Royston indeed”, she says quietly in homage.
Yet there is no time to properly mourn, for if orcish and dwarvish voices can be heard from the west, they are close indeed. No time to plan or confer, Tishe’s mercurial attention flies into a rare decision of instant action, only hoping the rest of the Keepers will back her up.
She flies towards the western exit and casts Invisibility on herself before crying out with a shriek. “Oh! By the Powers! Quick, gather all our dead and let’s get out of here before the dwarves set upon us in our wounded state! “ ........
Bluff 15 to make the dwarves believe the Keepers are more wounded by the blast than actually are.

Barratore reaches out to grab Royston, he's seen that look before in others, but too late. Barratore clenches his jaw as he watches what unfolds. They had not been comrades long, but Royston had the fighters respect and while a glorious and very paladin way to go, Barratore wished there was another way.
Barratore moves with Brom, drawing his sword as well, though he is a bit confused at why Tishe seemed so hysterical. Perhaps the close confines of being underground were getting to the poor girl

Ermrys jaw drops slightly as he looks around to see if Roystons spirit is nearby. He rushes forward to deliver a life giving touch but… as he gets closer…. he knows in his heart of hearts that it will not work. The damage, without outward devastation has wrought terrible internal issues.

As the group moves towards the door something unexpected happens. Two dwarves, armored but unarmed come running as fast as they can out of the passageway. Both looks like men who have lost control of the situation.
Quickly following these men are two imitated and beaten but strong orcs, each wielding an earthbreaker like those you have seen the dwarves carrying. There long legs are closing fast on the dwarves as one yells in orcish.

The dwarves are several steps into the room before realizing what they are seeing, an armed and upset party directly in front of them. The orcs may or may not notice you all but if they do they do not care.

Emrys finds that he is unable to heal the fallen paladin and steps out of the way when the dwarf and orc arrives, not wanting to impeded the chace.
Tishe hovers, invisible to see how events unfols while Velarin holds back behind the fighters.
Edson slips to the side looking for a shadow and keeps his eyes on the dwarf about to receive justice.
Brom takes a swing at the dwarf but is clearly thrown off by the scene and his blade only finds air. His swing is enough that both dwarves falter and are run down by the orcs. The hammes miss but again startle the dwarves who fall prone. The orcs stand over them brining the hammers up for a coup de grâce. {Not sure if you want to save them or not but I thought I would leave the option.}
As this happens a third orc comes out of the tunnel and smiles at the party. You quickly recognize this as one of the slaves you had freed. Clearly your instructions were not fully followed but he simply nods and waits for the hammers to fall as he speaks in very broken common.
“Last guard. Slaves live.” he points over his shoulder to indicate the direction “Dwarf.” again he points this time to the NE corner of the room to the hallway.

Barratore is torn on what to do, but mercy is mercy and he steps up to the orcs to do what he can to prevent them from killing the dwarves. The minotaur will attempt parry the strikes and calls for the orcs to cease, though he also knows they cannot understand him. Perhaps he movement and great sword coming in will be enough. Perhaps not.
If not, Barratore is really not losing any sleep over it and looks to the NE and heads to the hallway

Tishe’ is torn, with one yarn she won’t have any person killed outside of battle or a trial, with another the dwarf has clearly been a slaver which is grounds for summary execution, and on another both the orcs and dwarves hve been clearly identified as evil (her heart gives a quick pang for departed Royston) and they will revert to whatever as soon as the Keepers have gone, so why bother?
The hero, however, raises her hands and creates a 6’ Resilient Sphere around the probe dwarf! Maybe an example will sway minds when emotions are cooled, like a dye setting into a skein after shocked with cold water.

Barratore doe manage to stop one hammer from falling but the second hammer connects ending one of the slave guards. The half-orc who was one of those you had freed earlier smiles and hearing Emrys’s questions responds still trying to use common as best he can.
“Ten orcs two times. I kill dwarf and get hammers. Sleep area there, me girl there.” he gestures for the Keepers to follow “Tell orc you help. Tell make you dwarf go… we wait.” he heads off down the tunnel he came from.
The tunnels snakes in a narrow S shape that would be well over one hundred feet if it were straight. It opens to a medium sized cavern with a table and chairs. In this room are two orcs each kind of wearing pieces of dwarven armor and carrying dwarven weapons. These orcs are heavily scared and have clearly been abused in the past. You assume that this cavern was the guard post.
Past the another cavern opens up, a much bigger cavern. Eighteen orcs, of various ages and sex, are in this room looking scared and hopeful. They brighten a bit when the orc that was speaking enters but clearly do no know what to do with the sight of the keepers. A dwarf lies dead in the middle of the room, most of his armor is gone which lets you know where the orcs got their bits of armor.
While this is happening Edson invisibly scouts the passage that leads to the north form the forge room. {D1} The passageway moves north about seventy feet before terminating at a large metal door. A quick examination shows the door is not trapped and you can hear muffled voices from the other side. The voices are too muffled to make out. {Edson I have positioned you at the door on the map. You all can assume he communicates what he has found.}

While the Orc quickly leads most of the group back to his kin, V speaks in Elven to those that can understand it.
"This might be an excellent opportunity to make a better place of the wold, and influence the future of the area. To these Orcs, we have come as liberators, helping them to be free from oppression and slavery. After we have dealt with the dwarves, laying the ground work for these Orcs living peacefully here may be possible. Perhaps even one day, trading goods peacefully with the outside peoples. Unless they are indeed inherently evil, at which point, we will be back in the future. I would like to think that there is the possibility that Royston's death not only was heroic and honorable in the here and now, but helped to make the Wold a better place for the future as well."

Once in the room, V turns to the Orc that knows some of our language, and in Orc speaks with him. "What is your name?" V then introduces himself and the rest of the Keeper's. He then calls out to the assembled people in Orc. "We are known as the Keeper's of the Vale. We are here to help you, and to stop the Dwarven slavers. We must go now to deal with the Dwarves, but we will return and speak with you all when we are done.
V turns back to the Keeper's, and quickly translates what has been said. "Anything else we need to cover for now? or shall we go catch up to Edson?"

Velarin outlines a plan of action for the orcs and tells them that the Keepers will go live with the dwarves. The orcs agree and this time agree to stay where they are now that the bulk of them are safe. The idea of working for themselves is taken well and you get the idea that many years of selective breading may have made them more intelligent than the average orc. That done he asks if there is anything else to cover.
Tiseh waits knowing that there are more difficulties to come.
Barratore says that he will kick in the door and that he and Brom will lead the charge. He asks about any buffs that should be cast first.

Once the group is ready, after receiving any buff spells able to be thrown by the other casters, V begins casting, and several seconds later a huge Earth Elemental appears. V will direct it in Terran to open the doors, and then attack the Dwarves beyond the doors. V will move to the side of the door when it is opened so as not to be in the way of the greeting that likely awaits.

The room before you is far and away the biggest room you have seen so far. Well crafted stone tiles cover the floor while black stone tiles make up the walls. To the west are two rooms that are clearly kitchens. Directly to the right is a walled in sleeping area that it appears the bulk of the dwarves use while on the north wall are individual rooms. Also to the north is a very large passageway leading deeper, the glimmer of light on water seems to be present in that direction.
This area would normally looked well lived in but any furnishings that were in the main room have been pushed back to the walls leaving what is about to become an open battlefield.
In the room you find the two remaining wizards and the escaped fungal queen leading an forces of the remaining dwarves and a furnace golem. The are spaced out around the room and clearly well prepared for battle. Additionally you can see three spore pods that have been precast by the fungal queen. Additionally, you can only assume that the wizards took the opportunity to prepare their remaining forces.
All this is seen around the body of the huge earth elemental that is about to be bathed in flames and spells from the prepared dwarves. Immediately as the door opens the earth elemental is hit by a gout of flame from the furnace golem and enveloped in a ball of fire from the green wizard. {Breath Weapon Dam: 30 Ref 19 for ½ | Fireball Dam: 38 Ref 19 for ½}
The caster in green curses as he sees that he hit a simple construct while the yellow caster bellows to his companions.

Tishe’ flies into the room to get some maneuver space. Spying the spores, Tishe’ decides pre-emptively exploding the spores will be better than having them menacing the team. And since the spores are closer to the dwarfs right now...

Barratore gives V a small smile, he liked the earth elemental idea and pours in right behind the creature as it opens the door. Barratore squints instinctively as the fire erupts about the powerful elemental and chuckles to himself a bit as he hears the dismay of the wizards at realizing their target.
If Tishe's spells have destroyed the spore to the left of the entrance, Barratore draws his sword, activates his familty Torc and moves past the dwarven fighter at the wizard. He knew he was exposing himself momentarily to the fighter, but getting right on top of the spellcaster was worth it. He noted Brom was heading to take out the other one. The summoned elemental takes the full brunt of both magical attacks, slightly lessened by his natural resistance(DR). As the attacks hit, he reaches out and punches the purple warrior(last round), followed seconds later by 2 more blows. Missing all three times.(seriously? a 3, a 1, and a 5? The Woldian die roller is ridiculous)
With the path in front of him cleared by the fighters, V moves up into the air, and into the room, positioning himself so as to cast a maximized cone of cold that will effect as many of the bad guys as possible without getting his companions(Looked like I could at least get the black cleric and fungal queen without putting myself in a vicarious location) V's wave of magic washes around the bad guys, who are unaffected due to their SR(and a second 1 in four rolls. I surrender)

Brom, activating a ring, disappears and reappears next to the yellow wizard as he slips into a rage. He then gathers some extra energy and swings hard at the wizard connecting. Dumb ass GM forgot to state they had mirror image up and since you could see it it didn’t happen.
Tishe’ casts a flurry of spells striking, but not destroying, both spore pods. The rest of her magics hit the lt. blue and purple dwarves singing there beards but not doing a lot of damage.
Barratore, seeing the spore pod is not dead and having no clear path, charges in and finishes off the spore.
Velarin flies into the room and casts a cone of cold. The fungal queen and the cleric are unaffected but he does destroy the second fungal pod. {If you want to give me the location you want, I just moved you into a spot that could get both and was not in immediate danger.}

The yellow wizard, bleeding, takes a quick step away from Brom and gestures with his hands while mumbeling some arcane words. A Wall of Clockwork appears between the barbarian and the wounded wizard. {Concentration 21, in case Brom has some ability to step up – rolled a 4!}
The Furnace Golem, not being smart, continues to attack the earth elemental. {Hit: 32/38 Dam: 21+4 Fire/32+9 Fire}
Seeing Brom appear and cause a terrible injury to the wiazard the fungal queen changes her focus and casts one of her innate spells. {Brom DC20 Will – Slow Spell}
The black cleric, thankful to not have been devastated by the cold, moves closer to Brom and begins casting a spell.
The lt. blue and purple warriors collapse on Barratores positon and each swing their hammers. The lt. blue misses but the purple connects with one blow. {Hit: 32/41 Confrim: 30 Dam: 18}
Finally, the green wizard spots the flying Velarin and grins. He mumbles a few words and tosses a bit of clay at the flying wizard as he casts a spell. {Velarin DC21 Will – Feeblemind}

Having not been directed elsewhere, the Elemental continues it's attacks on the purple warrior, hitting ac 33/33 for 12 and 28 damage.
V feels his mind being assaulted by the spell of the wizard, and shakes off the effect(will save 30) before flying to the western wall, between the two rooms' doors, at 40' in the air. He then drops an empowered fireball in the NW corner of the room, so that it only effects the fungal queen and the black cleric. 65 damage, reflex save of 26 for 32 damage.(SR 32. Finally!)
