Finally, Stock moves, leading the group around the plateau to the 'front door'.
Arriving, Bart points out the doors. A set of large double doors sit in the face of the plateau. They appear to be of the same material as the plateau itself. Each of the two doors is 10' high and 10' wide. There is a large keyhole in the right handed door.

Armalad stands back and uses her ranged legerdemain to pick the lock. There is a satisfying clicking sound.
Stock and Zanderallen move forward to try the doors, while the rest of the Shields give them and any traps a respectful distance.
The doors swing outward, revealing a flooded tunnel leading deeper into the rock. Not that anyone can see much of it with the two plant golems standing in the doorway.
They immediately attack the two armored figures standing before them.. G1 attacks Stock with two ‘arms’. Both crash into the dwarf Stock takes 63 hp damage.
G2 attacks Zanderallen with two ‘arms’ Both crash into the paladin. Zanderallen takes 68 hp damage.

Bartomus swam as far as he could coming up against the plateau. He created two fists of water and tried slamming them into the plant golem attacking Stock.

Bart swims up to G1. As he closes, the golem, with its longer reach, strikes out. Bart takes 26 hp damage. Bart’s attacks miss.
Stock’s rage kicks in and he moves forward. G1 has already used its AoO, but the dwarf draws another from G2. The golem smashes the dwarf as he approaches. Stock takes 30 hp damage. Stock gets in a good blow, but not a critical one. Unfortunately, golems have no vital organs and can’t be critically hit.
Zanderallen does a quick heal, then moves forward and also attacks G1. The paladin is unable to penetrate the golem’s hide.
The golems continue attacking their original targets. G1 hits Stock twice. Stock takes 65 hp damage

The problem with a front door is that it's a good place to bog down invaders while the bad guy slips out the back. Or does a million other things honestly, that's what fortresses are for, but for the moment all Stohp can do is cast another prying eyes (17 eyes) and send them around the fortress to watch for anyone leaving or any important change/danger.

Bartomus managed to capture some of the swirling goo that was released from the exploding golem. He really hated those things.
Then through the muck came a punch. Bartomus took a moment and began channeling the streams of magic, a dark down in the muck magic, and reached out touching the Golem that slapped him.
Made the Fortitude save barely with a 23, but Bart is immune to poisons based upon being over 9th level, unless these are different.... touch attack for 30 (against its touch AC, but doesn't matter) casting Blight for 39 damage on Golem 3. Fortitude save to only take half - against a DC 20 or 23 (later would include the headband Bart wears, but not sure about that in elemental form)

As her bottle of air bobs next to her on its makeshift leash, Delia remembers that they're underwater and she's holding her breath. She started with 12 rounds and has used 6 rounds worth of air. Underneath Barkskin's magic, her face begins to turn pink. Normally, she breathes through her fears, so she's still trying to figure out what her underwater stress reducer is. She tries counting her arrows, but seeing how much the water throws off her aim ends up frustrating instead.

Stock steps into the breach and pounds on G2. The golem unravels into a dispersed mass of seaweed vines and blood lily petals when destroyed, releasing a 10-foot-radius volume of blood lily poison. Stock, and Zanderallen Fort Save DC 23 or take 4 points of Constitution damage and be sickened..eventually. (This is a poison effect).
Stohp moves up behind Zanderallen. With the paladin’s foe now a floating debris field, thanks to Stock, she finds no opponent within flail bonking range.
Bart’s immunity to poison makes him impervious to the floating debris field. The druid takes a 5’ step and begins casting a spell. This draws an AoO from the golem, who blasts him. Bartomus takes 26 hp damage and must make a Concentration check vs DC 40 or lose his spell.
Zanderallen rinses and repeats. The paladin heals himself, takes a 5’ step, and engages G3. He gets in a solid blow.
Delia sees G2 go down. She puts a couple arrows into G3 instead.
G3 shifts its attacks to Stock. It actually misses once. The other appendage hits. Stock takes 29 hp damage.

Bartomus took another blow and gritted through being swatted by a creature that should have been unraveling at his feet.
He didn't have time to dwell on it, as he gathered back into himself. He cast one of the few major heal spells he had on himself.

The Shields persevere against the golems onslaught. Sword and arrow and even Stohp's flail combine to fell the last two golems.
They unravel into a poisonous mass, but between various immunities and that Delay Poison, no one feels sickened.
Bart and Zanderallen also get some healing in.
Before the group lies a 20' wide x 15' natural looking underwater tunnel leading deeper into the plateau.

Delia shook her head stubbornly at Bart as she breathed from her Bottle of Air. She has about a minute of strenuous activity between catching up on breaths and that seems to be plenty for now. All her healing spells have been swapped out for underwater/plant based spells, but she pats Stock on the shoulder as she swims by him.
She floats just in front of Zander and Stock, looking down the tunnel/passage and keeping watch as Stock catches his breath.

Stock channels his inner rage briefly, channeling his inner resolve toward his still festering wounds. They close slightly. He shakes his head in anger that they refuse to close completely. Stock follows the trapspotters forward.
