High Woldian Tenses
In order to denote present, past or future tenses one simply needs to place
symbols in a given order. So for example :
Past Column |
Present Column |
Future Column |
|
||
The Storm Brings Rain |
Past Column |
Present Column |
Future Column |
|
||
The Storm Brought Rain |
Past Column |
Present Column |
Future Column |
|
||
The Storm Will Bring Rain |
Text is read in the following way: one starts in the center column. If there is text to the left or right, that is read next, and denotes a past or furure tense. The text then returns to the center column.
Note that there are a number of variant tenses (the continuous, continual and habitual versions of both Past and Future, that will be studied in a future edition of this tome).
