The Game
The Champions of the Culverwood game started January 2020 as the 'restart' game for the Hook City group of players.
Here you can find the latest posts in this game.
Current Events
Module 1: The party find themselves in an orc camp, taken as slaves. An orc woman (Murzash) formulates a plan to help free the party, but only if they help her escape too. All run off north at a good time and fight their way to an elf fort (Fort Silence) in the eaves of the Culverwood.
Module 2: In the safety of the elf fort, the party meet with Captain Silverleaf and Commander Shadowstep to formulate a plan to free the rest of the slaves. The plan works and the party are victorious - defeating the orcs, freeing the slaves and claiming all of the supplies. Now with between 100 and 200 refugees the party consider how to establish a settlement.
Module x: The party with freed people all travel to Kovri - a nearby town big enough to provide a temporary place to rest. The group fend off an attack by giant locusts and claim a locust egg as part of the victory. Arriving safely the group are greeted by the mayor and envoys of the Emerald Kingdom Council. The party teleport to the Emerald City to plead their case to the council.
Module x: The party enjoy some down time and meet with Councilor Zelphar Ilimys - the unofficial leader of the council.
Module x: Mindslaver mold has taken control of some workers at a vineyard owned by Councilor Woldrock!

- Culverwood
- Grandmother Yew - (Female Dryad). A dryad with long white hair. Her face remains unlined, but her eyes are old and full of wisdom. Does not emerge from her tree often these days
- Quercia - (Female Dryad). An older dryad. Although she is slender and graceful like all dryads, she somehow manages to look matronly as well
- Brancha - (Female Dryad). An adult, but a very young one. It's pretty clear from talking to her that the other dryads have protected and sheltered her. Quite flighty.
- Betula - (Female Dryad). An adult. Her birch tree is twinned with another that will grow from a seed gifted to the adventurers of Freedom Landing, creating a Tree Stride shortcut.
