Wealthy Quarter is home of the well to do in the city. It is filled with mansions. If you can afford to live here, you are considered nobility. Each mansion is more grandiose than the previous one as is the tradition when one walks towards Outcast Castle from the north.

No shops or stores exist in this quarter, only mansions. The quarter shares a private security force known as the Silver Swords. They are known to get exuberant in their efforts to protect their charges.
