Here is a short compilation of what is known about Dre Moria.

The elves of DreMoria are rarely seen in the Wold. The most famous DreMorian beyond its borders was a bladesinger adventurer named Slyy Foxx (played by Woldian grandmother Ceil LaPlante in the Children of Chaos game).

The capital has two names, called both Silverleaf and Council Chambers.

At least some of the elves of DreMoria are xenophobic and isolationist, more so since the bloodgrass infection that certainly negatively affected their homeland.

MAGICAL FOREST

he forest of DreMoria is one of the seven known magical forests of the Wold. Some say the heart of the forest is in Vadowin Valley.

Some scholars speculate that the forest itself causes the private nature of the people who live there.

Maybe the magical woods makes its inhabitants so enamored that they never want to leave. It has a reputation from the outside as someplace from which no one ever returns, but when explored is actually quite lovely. The 'Favored of Maab' are those she lets leave.

Or maybe the forest makes its inhabitants paranoid and xenophobic. That's why the elves there are isolationist. Maybe some small percent are naturally immune (the ones with the "Favored of Maab" racial ability) ... and sometimes those few are exiled or choose to leave.

Either or both if these may be true, or some other viewpoint may be equally valid.

MAP

Here is a small version of the only known map of the Elven Realm of DreMoria. Note that it is out of date because it is from before the latest Great Migration. The land routes to the Gateway Downs through the western mountains are broken. NOW the southern border is THE EDGE. The eastern border is the ocean, the western border is the Sargrass Plains, and the northern border is a great river, on the other side of which is the Pink Jungle. [DMs_Only:_Southern_Continent_Map|See this map of the continent.]

NOTE that the general Southern Continent taboo against maps remains valid for the elves who live here. This map is for DM USE ONLY!
