Anything Potion

This potion looks like a cascade of colors and smells. When imbibed, the drinker chooses any spell of level 1 and lower from the Pathfinder Core Cleric or Wizard spell list and receives that effect. Standard potion rules apply as to use and spells that may be chosen, defaulting to caster level one.

Within the game, Anything Potions are created by the Dragon Consortium and usually bestowed to reward the achievements of non-Consortium groups. Outside the game, Anything Potions are Fate Items only given out as a gift on authorization of the CDM, who may alter the spell level, casting level, and/or designated spell list at his discretion and who will announce any changes at time of award. They may not be sold. Sometimes a more powerful version may be awarded, but even then, no Anything Potion may ever be more powerful than the highest level spell the party can cast, or with a caster level higher than the party's character level.
