This spell summons either a cauldron or a dagger made of glass. The tool appears in your hand or at your feet (your choice). The tool is typical for its type. Only one tool appears per casting, and it will function only for you. The summoned tool disappears after 24 hours. At level 1, you can summon an unexceptional small or tiny cauldron; or a normal glass dagger appropriate for your size, but which only breaks with a successful hit if you want it to, and which suffers only a -1 penalty to hit, not the usual -2. At 5th level the cauldron can be medium, small, or tiny; and the dagger is masterwork, but still breaks on a single hit only if desired. At level 10, the cauldron is large, medium, small, or tiny; the dagger gains a +1 enhancement bonus and you can choose to inflict lethal or nonlethal damage with it. If you choose nonlethal damage, it draws blood only 10% of the time and still breaks only if desired. The material component of this spell is 10 gold pieces.

You summon a swarm of bats, rats, or spiders (your choice), which attacks all other creatures within its area. (You may summon the swarm so that it shares the area of other creatures.) If no living creatures are within its area, the swarm attacks or pursues the nearest creature as best it can. The caster has no control over its target or direction of travel.

Range: close (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 levels)
Effect: a summoned creature
Duration: 1 minute per level

Except as noted above, this spell is exactly like the Summon Monster spells. The spell's focus is the holy symbol of the bloodwitch's immortal power, and the creature summoned is related to the bloodwitch's immortal power. Before a player first intends to use this spell in game, visit the Black Genie Center and work with the BGC Coordinator to select a Pathfinder Bestiary CR5 creature to be summoned. The same individual creature is summoned each time the spell is cast, so you can only have one Lesser Immortal Summons spell active at any one time. If you cast this spell while another casting is still in effect, the previous casting is dispelled and the creature is resummoned with all damage cured and all effects (baleful and beneficial) ended.
