Geography: Plateau City: Castle Quarter

This quarter is home to Outcast Castle. Over 100 citizens work here to keep the castle in top condition. No king has ever sat on the throne except for Claudia; however the Castle still hosts many official events during the year. Foreign dignitaries may be invited to stay in some of the castle suites. Nobles may rent the castle for weddings and funerals if they do not wish to have these events held in a local temple.

According to new New Elennian law, if any High Lord Mayor is elected to his third term he will become King of New Elenna. This law was made after the death of Claudia and is a bone of contention for some. No one of the original bloodline of the last King of Elenna is known to exist. Claudia was last of the line and her children were killed by the Royal Consort, Joe Hand, when they were discovered to be inherently evil half-red dragons.
