Realms Of Responsibility

Kerracles is an enigma in the pantheon. This god is the patron of all things not under the jurisdiction of another god and many things under the jurisdiction of other gods. His primary tasks to date include: Binder of Oaths, God of the City, God of Culture, and God of Drunks. He is the sole ruler of Kerra the second moon of Wold. He is concerned about everything. He dislikes hard nosed people and bigots. He appreciates tolerance and all things done in moderation.


Appearance

His natural form is that of a halfling with a smile that actually stretches from ear to ear.


Holy Symbol

Two-headed coin.


Yogi’s Alignment

All neutrals.


Yogi’s Requirements

Charisma 15. Intelligence 12.


Weapons Allowed

Any two-sided weapon.


Armor Allowed

Any armor. Any shield.


Spells Allowed

MAJOR-- All, Astral, Charm, Creation, Divination, Guardian

MINOR-- Healing, Necromantic


Granted Powers (All)

Tell a believable/ successful lie with a 35% + 5% per level chance of success once a day.

Fast talk any creature once a day (use circular logic while speaking extremely fast with the result that the desired response is achieved from the recipient before that being really has time to think about it.) They will realize what was done to them; however, but not until 1d8 rounds later (with a bonus of 1 round less per intelligence point above 16) has passed.

The ability to present a ‘persuasive argument” which can induce agreement from beings listening within voice range. The number affected equals twice the Yogi’s experience level in hit dice. This effect lasts one round + the experience levels of the Yogi. On the full second moon (which occurs every 30 days) the number affected is four times the Yogi’s experience level in hit dice.

Duties of the Yogi

Guidance.

Marriage.

Missions: Yogi’s are often sent on missions of extreme delicateness for the church or the crown.

Vigilance: Constantly be on the lookout for people who are not in agreement and help them agree (some Yogi’s do this whether or not they’re want4ed: sometimes achieving success just because the parties on all sides would rather be rid of the Yogi than disagree.
