Powers, Immortals and Epic Creatures
Powers, Immortals, and Epic Creatures
Powers are level 40+ beings that have achieved immortality, a certain amount of omnipotence (or enhanced intelligence), and the ability to dispense most spells. They also include geographic areas awakened after the Fey King's return. They usually have a preferred regional base of support or influence, although they can often operate outside that region.
Immortals are beings of lesser potency who do not grant spells to worshippers.
Epic-level Creatures are rare and noteworthy beings, but not immortal.
Note that witches can honor Powers and gain abilities and domain spells from them, but generally clerics cannot, at least not without special permission.

List of Immortals
Three Rulers of Koshe Marr -- the three beings who each rule a realm in the Land of Horrors and Nightmares. But each is trapped in his or her own realm, and cannot leave.
List of Epic Beings
The Dread -- the lich who commands the Sons of Dread. He is possibly close to becoming an immortal and retiring; he is cultivating an underling to take his place in the Wold. But the Grey Knights are trying to kill him. We'll see.
Parnoth -- the Ruler of the Emerald Kingdom. When the Emerald Talon game retires, we will probably also make Parnoth an immortal. Except that the Emerald Dragons killed him. So that might be on hold.
Flamelich -- the currently dead dracolich who fought the Gold Dragons in the past. Probably if he's raised, he'll be immortal or on the verge of it.
