Geography: Plateau City: Gold Quarter

This quarter is home to the House of Devotion, which is Flower’s Temple, as well as shops and taverns for the wealthy folk of the city. Prices here are much higher, as is the security and the quality of services.

Two gladiator schools are the enigma of this district. However, when the city was settled, these two structures previously existed and were logical locations for the schools and training grounds needed to prepare combatants for the arena. O’Rourke’s House of Melee is also in this quarter.

The Golden Hearth Club is more representative of this quarter. It is a private debate club. Many of the city’s barristers relax and hone their skills here.

The Blue Ale Tavern is an excellent place to settle down for some fine music and expensive wines.

Sparkle’s Exchange is also in the area for those who do not wish to hide their treasures under a tree stump. Her reputation for handling large amounts of newly found treasure in a professional manner is well known.

The Morning Star Apartments is an excellent place to rent a nice apartment for extended stays within the city. Rent is high, but the staff will provide most needed services.
