| − | The Second Plateau is covered with safe roads. These roads prevent evil acts from occurring on them and are considered safe even for children. Traveling off-road is another matter altogether, however. Adventurers wanting to kill or fight need but set foot off a road and they will probably get their wish. This area is extremely dangerous. There are several towns on this plateau, but at this point they are of little interest to the tourist or adventurer. The one exception is Dradah Delmah, home to the House of Bralfah, the tribe of Surface Drow Elves. It can be found in the Blackheart Woods, part of the second plateau's Monster Preserve.

This center of civilization is nicknamed "The City of Adventurers" and is the home of "The Dragons," a loose guild of adventuring groups of high level and influence. Rainbow Palace houses the king and disappears form time to time while the king experiences visions. Currently, as you can see, the whole thing is covered in darkness. This occurred at the same time that Windhorn Hamlet vanished into Koshe-Marr. This is only a temporary setback ... I hope.
